Did anyone else experience when doing a hiking activity with the auto pause on, the watch instantly pauses and does not resume automatically even when you start moving. And even even you start a manual resume, it pauses instantly.
Kind of. When I'm running I have to completely stop and wait for auto pause to "pause" the watch, I can then walk around a fair amount without it turning back on. Hard to say why it didn't restart the moment I started walking again, but it will restart as soon as I start running. It's probably looking for more movement when it's recording, have you tried "other" to record your hike? Until then, for you, I would turn auto-pause off and then rely on manually starting and stopping.

Any idea why mine isn’t showing my VO2 Max levels?
@justinroman7794. I know of a few potential reasons: VO2Max estimates require several outdoor runs with GPS enabled of at least 10 to 15mins. These need to be of sufficient intensity to reach a HR that is at least 70% of your max for a min of 10mins. If you don't meet these criteria you won't get a VO2max estimate. Also your personal data needs to be accurate (age, gender, weight etc) and if you know it, it's worth entering your actual MaxHR too.

I don't think so, I believe the swim distance units are set by the units set for the device.

Yes, I believe it does, as the Venu3 has ANT+/Bluetooth capabilities and can be paired with Garmin's own HRM straps.
This feature only works if Garmin connect is loaded, otherwise it doesn’t work what makes it almost useless because if we forget where the phone is, you probably did not pre load the app.

I had trouble too. Finally got it! I started with mine off, then held the power button down for a full 10 seconds. (After 5 seconds it will say power on, but but keep on holding it down. it will then say pairing.) Atleast this worked for me, hope it work for you too.

One question I had was if the H10 memory feature works with the Garmin watch. Meaning if I were to get out of the range of the watch during an activity (i.e. boxing) after the activity has started, will it record my heart rate for the time it was out of range?
I've not personally used the H10 in the way you describe, as my Garmin is always on my wrist. But I believe the H10 can record one workout in memory (which gets overwritten when the next workout is recorded) the recorded workout data can be transferred to the watch/app you're using.

No, I don't think so, as I believe it relies on satellites.
so u cannot charge it? then how long the battery stays and where can you purchase a new one?
It takes a CR2032 battery, and replacement is very simple/easy. I think Polar says the battery should last 300 or 400 hours. I think I changed mine about 2 years after starting to use it.

Ive found when I did this ot says its connected via ble, can't find an option for ant+ Edit: go on the polar beat app > menu > settings> hr sensor (must be wearing it) toggle ant+ on Then connect to garmin in the method shown in the video it should default to ant+ after that.
