Balanced! Yes, that's the word! I practice your five-min-for-beginners tai chi videos altogether every day and after more than 200 days I can say it works! I feel more balanced, calm and very energetic! I am also trying to combine it with early-morning meditation but still I can't wake up at 6.00 a.m. Some day I will though 😊. Thank you for everything!
I practice tai chi. It helps me relax and has strengthened my core and my balance. I'm 73, so this is extremely important. You were my first teacher, and I thank you. 🙏 I also read from the Stoics each morning, which calms my thoughts and prepares me for a much more tranquil day.
I start my day for a outside walk for 20 minutes to 2 hours. To have dayligth in my eays. Then I do some gymnastics and streching and finish with your Tai Chi. So thanks for your lovely work. I have help with personal development. To take away blockages from past. I have change my mind a lot. Have so much more patience and feel more Love and happines in my heart. Even if outside is going more cracy and people dont seems to understand. I have peace in my soul and I am not afraid for future or to die. I know I walk on the true way and my soul will live forever.
I practice gratitude every day, all day. I spend time in nature every day in my garden or on walks on the beach or in the park or forest. I actively observe as you suggest the wonder of living things. And I change any negative thought to a better thought. Now I have been doing your 5 min Tai Chi practice every day. It is AMAZING! First I want to thank you for introducing me to Tai Chi and to the journey to a healthier more even self. I practice Tai Chi every night. During the day it is much harder to find time to calm my mind. Baking and gardening works for me or really any activity I enjoy. I guess I need to be busy to be able to relax. My goal is to be able to do nothing for an hour, and recharge without feeling quilty for not doing anything. It's a journey....

Recovering from shoulder surgery and not able to practice physically I turn my thoughts to mantra throughout the day. Deep breath and let go. Also have a practice goal daily of kind speech or “don’t be a b--h today 😄

Try meditating just before bed. Sit on the edge of you bed for 10 minutes or longer and watch how easily you fall asleep
