      First choose your Prioritization Matrix e.g.:
      Eisenhower Matrix
      Or
      RICE Framework
      Or
      PROBLEM-OPPORTUNITY SCORING MODEL
      (Look them up and how you prepare them according to your business system)
      Second I recommend to use Scrum Methodology for planning visibility and execution:
      Sprint Planning Board (For planning the outcomes for a month)
      Sprint swim-lanes to engage weekly to breakdown to daily checklist

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  Рік тому +1

      It depends, really. A lot of business owners like to write their own social media posts and engage with brands and other business owners and so on. So it really depends on how you put yourself in the role. Some will film themselves for videos or do product videos, and so on.

    With such a tight schedule, with no buffers or gaps between blocks, it is so so easy to get off track with various distractions or unexpecteds, and that throws out the whole schedule. How do you deal with this, and not totally go off the rails?

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  Рік тому +3

      The trick is to stay disciplined and strict with your time. It’s our most valuable asset! That’s why I do the pre planning (watch the last point in the video) and break down each block into sub-blocks with clear outcomes. You’ll also see that I do have some blocks to deal with ‘unexpected tasks’. In most circumstances, these ‘unexpected urgent tasks’ can be put off to one of these allocated blocks (although we think they can’t). However, we also live in the real world and sometimes real emergencies do happen and if they do, then no big deal. We deal with them. The world will (hopefully 😅) be here another day to get back on track. The other thing is to make sure the people you have around you as your team are people you can trust and if you’ve recruited and delegated properly, a missed block or day even shouldn’t be the end of the world. I’ve actually had some days like these the last few weeks and most people inside the business didn’t even know I went AWOL 🙈😅. Hope that helps!

    • @jez770
      @jez770 Рік тому +2

      @@CEOEntrepreneur if I could learn that trick all my problems would be solved...! It's my daily battle, I am trying every system under the sun to deal with it. Definitely on the right track, but bloodybhell it's hard. I think I have ADHD, which really doesn't help..

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  Рік тому +3

      It’s not easy. But if you are struggling with this then baby steps. Instead of blocking out your whole week, start by blocking out an hour or two a day. Or half a day. Get that right and once that’s a habit, start adding blocks. That’s how I did it. Trying to do it all in one go is like going on a crash diet. You usually end up giving up and worse off than where you started. Best of luck send let me know how you get on! 🚀

    • @jez770
      @jez770 Рік тому +2

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  Рік тому

      That's totally fine, so long as you delegate the tasks where you're not skilled or adding additional value. Also, in tandem with your client work, consider days where you put your CEO hat on. The aim is that if you want to scale and grow, you train others in either the client work or additional roles and try to remove yourself from the day to day

We have been testing different ways for editing and speed etc as we do want to get the right balance between providing value and also satisfying the UA-cam algorithm so that it recommends it more. That way we are able to provide this value to more people.
