#2 and speaking with a ‘’mastermind” or mentor completely changed my business.

#2 is like thinking outside of the box and it's a must for success. As a business owner, you must be able to handle problems and solve them as quickly as possible to get your business back to speed. Great video, btw!

Mindset is a big one, but so is the second one… knowledge alone is not usually sufficient ;)

It has literally changed my world of business. And then of course I realized the other two factors from coaching. Mindset and key partnerships/relationships.

HI!!! I follow you because I need reassurance and gaining confidence to decide to start my little business. Thanks for your excellent amazing videos, where you are making everything clear, understandable and less frightening (I am an artist and I must have my own business and structure to sell my stuff, but it's a big problem, I am not the entrepreneur type!!) _ Which of the 3 things is the most important? Until I don't experience a business, it's hard to say... I know I will have hard time in interacting with people and also in learning the know how of this new role. Too far from my nature. I think this can be attributed back to the "CEO Mindset" - budgeting! I've worked at so many companies where they don't pay attention to performance goals and don't give themselves any room to pivot.
Yes you’re right. This can be attributed back to CEO mindset (and a touch of know-how). But you’re right this is something a lot of companies fail to stay on top of.

i'm sorry. I know you're trying to not be boring. But this editing, all these cuts, sudden zooms in and out, switching angles, inserting meme clips that barely complement the words being said; it's way too frenetic.
Consider, the audience of this video is supposed to be businss owners or those on the cusp? Does that really intersect with the demographic that needs Gen Z levels of flashing activity to hold their interest in a video? Or is it people looking for serious, considered content?
Thanks for your feedback, we do always keep improving the way we present things, so will definitely take this to the drawing board when considering new material. Having said that, we do often get a lot of lovely comments about how refreshing it is to see content that makes business more engaging. Here's to a happy medium :)
Please take out the intros that make me feel like like I'm watching some wannabe guru. The rest of the video feels like I'm talking to a person I need to know more about. 2 different sides. Just my perspective
