Kodak and Blockbuster are more of an example of bad vision, not necessarily strategy. You stated that strategy was about the "how", but since their vision was narrow and not innovative, they went out of business.
Vision is a huge part of strategy...
I wish I would’ve listened in business Mngmt. My wife has her own small business but it’s hurting. Hurting bad to where I’m hvaving to dish out from my income which I want to help her because I don’t want to see her fail but it’s hurting our household financially too. That’s why I’m here trying to watch and learn what I can
