I’ve been watching and working with you a few months now. I’m a long time walker but had developed knee pain pretty severe in right knee. Also noticed I walk slower than years ago. I’m 71. I used red light therapy on my knee which did make it better. But I still had pain and aches with walking. And I seemed to limp. Lately I’m noticing no pain when I walk. I can climb stairs and go down pain free. All I can say is I’m convinced the GYF videos have had a profound effect on my movement and lack of pain. I haven’t done anything else recently. And you make the videos so much fun and so easy to follow, you’re a born teacher. Thanks so much for the help I’ve received and I refer everyone I know to your videos hoping they benefit as well.
