Adam does a solo set at every show. He's only gotten more incredible since this video. He now uses a looper and creates what I call "beat box symphonies". I got to see Home Free live and his solo set is electrifying, exciting and creative. World class. It was a bucket list item to get to see them live and seeing Adam perform live was astounding. Love Adam Rupp & his insane talent. He is the best out there in my opinion. He simulates the sounds of a drum perfectly. Many drummers have commented on how good he is. He sounds so realistic. His breath control must be crazy. I heard he makes the sounds both while inhaling & exhaling. This was a few years ago & hard to believe but he is even better now. Adam is the glue that holds Home Free together. He is their secret weapon which other a cappella groups can't match.

Sometime when you're watching a vid where he's going real hard and they do a close up of him, check out the muscles in this throat and jaw...it's pretty amazing.
I think a very good explanation for this: Adam Rupp is inhuman. 😉 He is a drum alien in Angelguise. You just have to because he is so unbelievably good(and handsome too😊😍)!! Like he swallowed a drum kit. And then vocally he can also make so many more (instrument) sounds which is not normal

Met in 78,was on Penn State concert committee,( Bass player Tina talked with me over 15-20 minutes mostly about Art, but made comment on dress I was wearing,when I told her I made it she said I should do that...I did & got music start) Check out Their Song Life During Wartime....a BANGER !!..Too much History&& could go On & On......But one of other BESTS got to sit in studio while friend Rob Hyman ( from a Band called The Hooters met in 81) with then unkown Cyndi Lauper for a bit while they recorded Time After Time 83? 84? in Manayunk /Philly Pa.... Was at CRAZY WILD party in Philly watching The 1985 Grammys ... Rob & other Hooters played with her on it & She Won Best New Artist....Hope You Don't Mind OLD Lady's Overshare...
