    How often & how long should you do vibration therapy. There is a vibration thrapy machine at my gym but was unsure about using it. I have right thoracic curve 63 degrees with osteopenia . Am working hard to stop progression.

      They usually have a timer mine has a 10 and 15 minute timer . Also lay on a tightly rolled beach towel secure with large rubber bands. To help push the curve the opposite direction. Blessings

      I jut purchased vibeplate I want to use it for bone density, it is recommended to use at 30hz, 10 min a day but the speed was too strong for me. What speed do you recommend and how many times a week and also should I just stand on it or do I need to exercise. Thanks

      In the picture she is lying on it the long way head to foot along the length.

    Thank you! My question if i have a rib hump on my right side...thats the side on thr towel? Will it lesseen the rib hump?

      I lay on the opposite side to which way the lump is pointing towards.
