My god that was enlightening. I have this issue for over 20-years with internal trembling mostly felt on my left side, particularly around shoulder, neck and in my head. I have had various scans and seen various doctors, who in the end have me believing I am imagining the issue, or have gone crazy. My local GP practise has completely dismissed me as being some sort of idiot. Your explanation makes logical sense, and now from listening to you I actually believe there is a sensible explanation for the issue. Thank you for producing this video as I have been searching a possible explanation of this problem for so many years.

I haven’t told anyone about this bc I was worried it was Parkinson’s or something even though there’s no history of it. This video saved my life! I hadn't slept in DAYS and everything felt like it was falling apart. I figured out my whole body electrical storms and violent sleep zaps were my bent neck from my job looking down at faces all day. So Ifor 10 minutes laid on this old chiropractic wedge I had and every single storm and zap ended and I slept 11 hours. Saved me b/c my fiancé is in the hospital with broken ribs and needs me SO badly so now I can care for him. I WISH YOU WERE IN MY AREA. It's taken 6 years to figure this out. I had to find it on UA-cam after 7 different doctors telling me 5 different diagnoses. "Anxiety, Mercury in the blood causing nerve damage, Stage 2 adrenal fatigue/low cortisol causing the zaps at night when cortisol drops,......." etc. It's been a legendary nightmare.

I have lifted weights for 20 years- My neck always hurts- The moment I drift into sleep, my body starts trembling on the inside and my heart pounds a little, makes me wake up instantly. Even when I awaken, the trembling is still there. It feels like a rush that comes on when it happens. Is this what you're describing? I have been to 3 neurologists, did brain wave tests, EMG test, sleep study... NO ANSWERS. Could it be my neck???? HELP!

Went to ER for this buzzing and basically was told I was crazy. Took an oncologist to show me how my spine was straight with no curve to it and two collapsed disc in one of the thoracic vertebrae, which he suggested I get a cement injected to expand them. Took an oncologist and a urologist to spot these while my spine surgeons and pain management drs never could.

I'm so thankful for this video! I've sustained neck and back injuries from car accidents in the past, and have seen a chiropractor off an on over the past couple of years. However, the internal tremors have started over the past few months. I chalked it up to severe stress and anxiety from studying for a major exam, and not taking vacation time on my job. However, last night, I discovered that it actually had to do with my neck and spinal cord...since I only feel the internal tremors when I'm lying down (when I go to bed and wake up). This video cleared up so much for me. God Bless!

Spot on, Doc. I remember the first time I felt this was after a C-section with my first son. They placed him in my arms to wheel me back to the room from the OR and I was shaking so violently that I was afraid I would drop him. The nurses decided it was the epidural or I was just cold. But it wasn't. I've had episodes like that on an off (to different degrees) ever since; but then again, so do all three of my sons, and my mother.

I'm a RN and I have been doing Cranial Sacral Therapy for 15 years and often I am bent forward with my neck curving down holding a position for a client, sometimes for 30 minutes or more. I have suffered from many internal injuries from a breech labor and delivery that went very badly 29 years ago. I have such severe constant pain from L4/L5/S1 and on down through everything (sacrum, si joints, rear end, around hip joint areas and on down into my thighs, legs, ankles feet) I can feel lots of nerves through rear and groins that quiver, twitch, trembling like sensation of many nerves. No one has been able to repair me and this has taken my life from me. Constant battle of pain around the clock for decades but, I’m getting very tired of the struggle. Pelvic ring injuries around to my lower back. 3 different types of pain going on. My daughter was breech and was lodged so badly. They were running out of time and had to go ahead and use extreme measures to save her. I just thought that as I healed over the days and weeks, the pain would subside but that wasn’t what happened. Untreated pain is absolutely 10 and puts me in an almost catatonic like state….treated I struggle from an 8 to a 4 every day. Today,..I am stuck at a 7 and I’m frustrated and this is how I found your channel. Even though this is not neck pain for me,…it is nerve pain and then muscle tissue, ligaments etc that were torn. I wish I could find someone who could set me free from this permanent pain. I wanted to have some pain free years before I die. I’m 58 now. You explain things very well on your channel!!!!

I have an undiagnosed suspected “Neuro” illness for the past 2 years and I experience these internal tremors as well. Sometimes I literally think we’re having tremors of the earth. I have unexplained weakness, chronic hiccups/diaphragm spasms, head to toe spasms even in my throat and many more strange symptoms. I’ve had my spine checked multiple times and they say my spinal problems aren’t bad enough to cause all of this. I have kyphoscoiliosis and mild cervical instability…so they say. Bone spurs in cervical and thoracic area and some degeneration along with ventral cord contact. Interestingly, when I go on an inversion table I’m very briefly able to regain my strength. Just had a muscle biopsy and it revealed mild myopathic features with type 1 and 2 fiber type atrophy with no identifying cause. I wish I had the financial ability to come see you guys because my life has come to a halt. I’m almost 41 and now need a wheelchair and had to move in with my mom. I’m really struggling to get the help that I so desperately need and my quality of life has gone down significantly.

Hi Jessica-your symptoms sound a lot like mine. I have an inherited neuro-muscular disease called CMT (Charcot Marie Tooth) There are several types, but essentially, faulty genes cause sporadic myelin sheaths around many nerves throughout the body. I have no reflexes(knees), scoliosis, foot-drop, cavus (extremely high arches) feet, internal tremors, an essential tremor in my forearms, slow walking, and many more..This slows the signal to muscles. Have you had an EMG nerve test?

I've had some really bad nightmares since I was a kid. I would sometimes wake up with paralysis from these nightmares. Very scary as a child. example, I've never been bitten by a dog or a stung by bees but my dreams had a dog jumping on my back and biting my neck or bees attacking my back then I woke up and couldn't move or speak for about a minute. Near 18 years old I figured out it was because when I slept on my back... even with a pillow to support my head. When I don't sleep on my back I don't hardly have any bad dreams. Years later, car accident and x-ray by chiropractor showed I have a completely straight neck, but healthy. He asked if I had bad migraines and I said never. I told him about the dream thing and he said he never heard of such a thing. In my 20's waking up from a nightmare to find myself sleeping on my back, I always roll over of course. But those dreams were like my body was throbbing and my dreams of being pulled off my bed and I couldn't move or same but started floating in my room or a body part was being pulled into the air. The other night I woke up from a low humming like a bee flying near your ear and my whole body was vibrating. When I say vibrating it wasn't like a body message machine going on, it was like taking dice in Yahtzee and shaking the cup to mix them really fast. You're video confirms thoughts of my self diagnosis but my spine has a good flow of fluid. I think it has to be where it connects to my skull.😮‍💨

I have this! Exactly this! It's been about 18 months of constant internal vibrations, numbness all over my body, plus being lightheaded and dizzy. Main stream docs did a lot of tests and said that we should just do 'symptom management'. Umm, no! Finally made my way to a NUCCA chiropractor who did a lot of imaging and found that my entire spine was curving strangely because my C1 and C2 vertebrae were pushed off to the left. Plus both vertebrae were rotated in opposite directions. Definitely causing tension to the spinal cord and probably the vagus nerve and all the other things that run through that area. My question is . . . Once the tension is removed, how long does it take for the irritation to calm down and symptoms to improve? I've had some reduction in localized neck symptoms (pain, clicking, popping) but not in the numbness, vibration, and other whole body symptoms.

Just visited chiropractor and with just their observations of me, sitting and standing, they were able to pick up that my left side is lower. They asked if I had lower back issues, which I do, but didn’t initially tell them as I went it with pinched nerve in neck concerns.
After asking if I had low back issues I then said yes, and they said, ok good, because it looks as tho your pelvis might be slightly lower too, and could be due to a slight curvature in my spine.
Without even touching me they were able to speak on things I did have concerns about.
Going for xrays next week to see how things in spine and neck are looking

Where do people normally experience the tremors? I've been experiencing them down my arms, shoulder blades, back of the neck, and occasionally the torso, although I can't work out where it's coming from. These aren't constant. I noticed this morning waking up and as soon as I moved it triggered a host of these tremors. It did calm down, but i still sensed a vibrating sensation; at this time I was lying down with my neck propped up on the pillow, however, as soon as I moved and say up, it more or less stopped. I'm wondering whether there is compression which is being exacerbated by poor sleeping position. Seeing a neurologist this week, so I may find out more.

Gosh. I was in the hospital with tremors in my thighs, my forearms burning, left arm and leg weakness last fall. The tremors went away, but I still have the burning skin sensation on my forearms occasionally. From time to time, left side weakness and brain fog will come on together. I’m getting more MRI’s this month. It’s scary and brings on crazy anxiety. I might need to get my MRI’s and get an appointment with you.

Those are all symptoms of cervical instability even the anxiety can be a symptom do you have any neck pain or stiffness or clicking, popping or grinding of the neck? Or are your symptoms worse when you hold your head in a certain position?

@@thedadjokesfordays That's good I have improved some too with using proper posture and sometimes a neck brace. Upper cervical chiropractor using xray and low impact atlas adjustments is what helped me the most but I only got about half better so I'm about to start my prolotherapy real soon with Dr Hauser

This is currently happening with me and has been continuous for a few days now. I will have to get it figured out. Could be this or major anxiety?

Hi @SasquatchActualFitness - nothing can be determined or diagnosed without doing an exam. However, neck instability can show itself with a variety of symptoms - Negative changes in personality and psychological status could be due to cervical instability or cervical dysstructure.
If you would like to contact our office directly to schedule a consult we would love to help you. In the meantime our office has a lot of great resources - here is an article written by Dr. Hauser on how instability in the neck can alter one's personality.

what are the reasons of having cervical instability or wrong curvature of spine ???
    other than trauma or concussions!

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  5 місяців тому

This is a great question! Cervical instability is a degenerative disease meaning it happens over time. It could be from lifestyle choices, looking down at your phone or computer, work station, a previous accident or injury that was never treated.

I have these internal -vibrations/shakes/trembling/tremor like feeling 😢I’m scared for my life I have them in my head/brain/mouth-jaw/ and now in my body I’ve had them for over a month. Idk what this is anymore it started a few months ago with head and body small jerky moments then small tics now these vibrations everywhere . I recently started seeing a chiropractor who did X-rays and the back came back fine mild spinal stenosis nothing to worry he said but the neck he said found a curve to my right he said 12 adjustments would fix that 🤷‍♂️ I’m on my 3rd session I have seen no improvement these vibrations are getting worse over my body and head what can I do doctor ? 🤷‍♂️ my movement specialist is evaluating me at the moment she only suspects FND 🤷‍♂️ but says still monitoring ,

I got this from my doctor messing with an anti-psychotic and then reinstating it. It’s been off and on in my legs but only when I lie down. When I stand during the day. Getting up and walking around makes it stop. I had a full body MRI to rule out spinal issues. Nope, drugs. I’m hoping one I’m off the drugs I’m free of this forever.

Hi tototl13- Prolotherapy is a specialized treatment done by providers who are trained and licensed to perform injections into and around joints. Chiropractors may be helpful for cure correction methods, posture recommendations, etc.. but would not be able to perform Prolotherapy. Thanks for the question and we wish you all the best in health!
