    I find it's a shame that these wonderful exercises are given but no response to questions. For example, which side is considered the "weak" side - convex or concave??? Without this information these exercises are at best useless, at worst, create more harm.

    Just for the record, that's an Oven bird, a member of the warbler family. We generally just put a bird which hits a window in a box until he regains his senses, but im sure the stroking didnt hurt to help bring him around :)

    How often & how long should you do vibration therapy. There is a vibration thrapy machine at my gym but was unsure about using it. I have right thoracic curve 63 degrees with osteopenia . Am working hard to stop progression.

      They usually have a timer mine has a 10 and 15 minute timer . Also lay on a tightly rolled beach towel secure with large rubber bands. To help push the curve the opposite direction. Blessings

      I jut purchased vibeplate I want to use it for bone density, it is recommended to use at 30hz, 10 min a day but the speed was too strong for me. What speed do you recommend and how many times a week and also should I just stand on it or do I need to exercise. Thanks

    Lovely and interesting.... just wish the camera had anti-shake capabilities or SOMEthing to make the image steadier. Perhaps the camera holder was feeling cold or shivery? The jittering is making the material hard to watch, especially on a big screen, and AIMING the camera at the bird (02:35 - 02:40, instead of drifting aimlessly below everything going on for many seconds, filming the deck) would help too. The camera person seems to be constantly shifting and adjusting their position, resulting in the imagery jittering all over the screen. Technically, it's possible to remove a lot of that shaking in post-production; a lot of editing software now allows you to temper (or completely remove) the amount of shake going on in a scene. Overall, though, when my eyes weren't aching from trying to keep up with the jarring parts, it was fascinating to watch the interaction, how quickly the bird came to trusting you and responding to the energy movements you were applying, as well as the physical touch. Also nice to see your daughter being there to experience this and have the opportunity to apply additional kindness to the whole event.

    PS, So wonderful that you captured it on film. When it happened on my deck, I picked it upright and held it, then put it in a basket with a dish towel to stay warm. Then I went to look for a video that could show me how to gently adjust it's neck back as it's jaw wasn't aligned. Your's is the only video up like that. A great service for sure! Thank you!!!!
