@@YEUNGMANCOOKING We recently adapted the design of the wrap, and made similar-flavoured tofu steaks instead of the tofu scramble. Much easier to assemble and eat the wrap!
I love the way he chooses a nice light textured tofu to do the scramble and doesn't dump a truckload of turmeric into it - This is one tofu scramble I'd definitely eat!

On a quick sidenote, in the video you say to add half a teaspoon of black salt, the video description lists half a tablespoon, might want to straighten that out.
