OK the guy is making a train video. With zoom all the way out and not holding the camera steady, it makes all the slight movements hard to tell what the video is. Then he's zooming out and in and out and that makes it worse. It a good video but that's the only problem. Put the camera on a tripod and compose the picture with the train coming from a distance with zoom set to one place and leave it there. If yon want to make a change, slowly move the zoom in or out but not while the camera is recording. If you want to do the zoom while videoing, carefully move the zoom and keep the camera steady. That's what the "Hell" is wrong with the zoom. Now get back to school and stop playing hookey.
I would love to reside in that white house right there at the crossing. I'd permanently set up an HD camera somewhere on the roof, an I.P. camera that would continuously run and transmit on the Internet for all rail fans to see whenever they wanted.
I am not a rail fan but a medium and big size diesel engines fan I would like to stand next to the diesel when its pulling a train like that at full power the sound is ahwsom
They may run faster, but they're about half the size of North American trains. It's true that the rail gauge is the same, 4 feet 8 1/2 inches, but the larger loading gauge in the US and Canada requires trains to move with more caution. However, there are some areas on BNSF and UP that I know of that allow freights to run at 70 mph. Believe me, when you're standing next to a huge double-stack freight passing at 70, it seems a hell of a lot faster.
Man those bad boys are cruisin'. Cool you got this. I do agree with others, however, too much zooming and panning. It's hard on the ocular sensors. Still is a cool vid none the less. I'm sure time has made a better camera man.
Hi what do these trains run for engines? Are they v16 Diesels over electric? We run that kind of power in our haul truck at the mine here in Alberta. Just curious. P.s im originally from finch.
Full southbound and empty northbound. Trade imbalance in action. I see that in CA all the time with full double stacks going from LA and bare tables going to LA .
First of all on the railway we call you foamers cause you foam at the mouth for trains... secondly it's not a meet if it's on double track. A meet is when two trains meet eachother at a siding on single track. Lastly, call and report the number on that xing, because that's a decent amount of tail ringing.
not everyone's a foamer, foamers are just people overly and way too excited for trains in general, meanwhile people like me who are just normal maybe just commentate or get a little excited for something rare and calm down easily
Could not agree more. I hate zooming period, period. Once in a blue moon is okay but constantly zooming make it seem almost unreal and not natural, Just let the dam train come to you.
Amazing timing! Being right there at the passing of the final cars on each train.
i bet the guy in the car was like "you gotta be kidding me" when the 2nd train passed lol

Stop criticizing videos for stupid shit and get back to work, old man!
Another expert!
Wow.... they are really hauling ass! I haven't seen a train that fast in 25 yrs!
Camera guy should be on “ dancing with the stars “, the way he’s shaking his camera-
I don't know how many times I watch this video but its always great and exciting thank you for video taping this
I bet the ground really shook! Great video!!!!!
Another cool video from that crossing. Very nice! So never let it be said that Canadian rail doesn't hall ass!
i don't know why but trains are very relaxing and exciting and besically fun period
this is a very nice video. Best regards and of course thumbs up :)
A meet that every motorist wants! (With good coverage. :) )
Wow. Nice catch. And, yes, I would love to see that. Especially since Canadian Pacific isn't common down where I live.
they meet and left at almost the exact same time. awesome video. great job!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would love to reside in that white house right there at the crossing. I'd permanently set up an HD camera somewhere on the roof, an I.P. camera that would continuously run and transmit on the Internet for all rail fans to see whenever they wanted.
Man that was sweet they was going any which way n gouging on the hammer pedal
Wow! That was wild!
Good Job!
great catch...
Wow! What an amazing video catch! It really gets the heart pounding!
That had to be even more awesome from the cab.
Ohhh ! Nice catch. I like it.
Amazing.
They sure move through your town quick.
awesome vid man kicken the snow up enjoyed .
Wow! Nice meet, great speed on those.
No alarms, repeat no alarms!
Wow, there is just something indescribable about trains. The lifeblood of any nations economy, under-appreciated by most and respected by all.
that was an awesome catch man. Wish I had the same as that!
Dang. Nice vid! both of them was haulin!!
Sweet catch!!
nice Meet Riley
awsome catch
Great and wow you were pretty close
amazing meet!
great catch!
That eastbound didn't appear to have any loads. Where I come from we call that a "bare-table" train. Term is used on BNSF and UP quite a bit.
well, the railfan pidgens flew the coop
You went to grab a cold one and scored two! 👍🏼👍🏼
Wow Nice catch
I wonder if those rails were warm or even hot to the touch after the trains passed over them.
Intense! I don’t think I could bring myself to be that engineer lol
I am not a rail fan but a medium and big size diesel engines fan I would like to stand next to the diesel when its pulling a train like that at full power the sound is ahwsom
That's a awesome!!
I see those meets happen all the time
That farmers got a front row seat.
Nice catch up indeed
Wow.. Canadian Freights really get going
yeah out in the country away from cities they really open up!
Nice !
Very cool meet. Similar to one of my meets in the winter. I have a few meet playlists also if you want to see them
Nice meet!
Wow this happened to me once. Only I was on a foot bridge over the tracks. The two trains passed right underneath my feet.
AWSOME !
What is so great about this. Just two trains.
Good Stuff!!
Cool ccatch!
Was that the Amtrak Hawk detector at the start of this vid?
nice dude where i live about 3 mouths ago i saw 3 CSX's raceing with HLCX
Double stay
Come to England, we have some freight that runs faster than 60mph.
Come to spain, we use high speed engines for freight trains when we don't have any freight engine avalible.
So do we?
I've seen some in the US that run 60+
They may run faster, but they're about half the size of North American trains. DaveWVideo
Spain is not even the size of texas, we don't need to carry that big amount of things
I assume you live in Canada?
Very nice video plus this video outwest??
Where exactly is this crossing?
The foam is strong in this one.
I just subscribed.
wonder how big the diesel tanks are on the loco, there huge
410 gals lubricating oil, 380 gals cooling water and 5000 gals fuel
Cool!!!!!
They really move through that area, don't they.
Man those bad boys are cruisin'. Cool you got this. I do agree with others, however, too much zooming and panning. It's hard on the ocular sensors. Still is a cool vid none the less. I'm sure time has made a better camera man.
which one activated the crossing
respond asap

How are they getting the audio from the rail road guy?
Total axel, it that how many cars he's pulling? (148)
Do u have a tripod? The shots come out better when still. Nice catches
I KNOW you checked to see if they were on opposite tracks!!!
1. waiting for 1st train 2. WHOOA! whered that one come from 3. make video that gets 8500 views!!!
THE EMPTY CONTAINER CARS GO IN ONE DIRECTION AND THE FULL ONES GO IN THE OPOSITE DIRECTION GOT TOKEEP EM MOVING .
Full southbound and empty northbound. Trade imbalance in action. I see that in CA all the time with full double stacks going from LA and bare tables going to LA
.
Clean the lens and get a tripod please. I was getting seasick
What does “total axel” mean
I know I like these trains but those trains are going fast up to 75 mph
whoa!!!
whats this location? Canada?
I'm spent.
Cool
It ain't that rare I've seen better, and I'd rather have seen them
Awsome
lights dim should have been a give away. dims mean another train aproaching
go home son. clean that camera off, and let your heart stop beating out the rythim of the rails. youve earned it
Muito show estes vagões batendo em alta velocidade

Yeee haw!
Use a tripod or monopod next tome!
Hand held zoom? Unwatchable.
Could not agree more. I hate zooming period, period. Once in a blue moon is okay but constantly zooming make it seem almost unreal and not natural, Just let the dam train come to you.
Unfortunate that someone with zero videos posted needs to criticize someones work from 4 years ago. You sir are the one that's unwatchable.
Out of all the videos on UA-cam that are nearly identical to this one, why crtiticize it?
If you criticise someone be courteous about if your rude about they will ignore you
Pro Tip: Invest in a tripod so you can keep the camera steady.
Muito bonito two trains Ontário filme mais vídeos in Ontário city september 2018 Amilton🇧🇷
Buy a tripod and read on how to do video.
Get a frickin tripod
Get a tripod
To much shakey shots
I DONT WANT IT
Buy a tripod.
All this camera movement is making me nauseous.
hey check out my video I posted from FOLKSTON of SB Intermodal meeting Amtrak's P052
Awesome catch but a steadier hand and way to much zooming in and out. Make's it look so unnatural. Try letting the train's come too you.
No excuse for very bad video techniques!!!!
Give the guy a break
