all sorted, import road supplied extra wires by mistake, does your steering wheel controls work for skipping songs? only seems to be about to control the volume?
Good video, I would please suggest More detail on removing plastic trim. It’s very intimidating to a amateur worried about breaking something so expensive. .
Hey mate, I don’t think there is much more I can say on it. You have to be careful but firm. If the piece looks like it’s flexing way too much maybe try a different angle.
@@Shockhorror18 I got the trim off, it was easier than I thought, just took me twice as long. I was just running a new gauge cable. I plan on doing the Android upgrade next. Are you still happy with yours? Thanks
@@johnloflin8881 yeah I’m very happy with mine. I did an in depth review on this channel. Only drawback is some stuttering of Google maps, but I still think it’s worth it.
Hi mate, I plan to create a review video sometime soon! Quick review: yes I reckon it’s worth it. Google maps can be a bit more laggy than on the phone but it is awesome to have it up on the screen. Also Spotify up on the main screen is awesome. Honestly don’t use it for much more than that haha
Excellent Segment, thanks for sharing
Thank you for this video. It helped me a great deal with installing the kit into my system.
No worries
Was waiting for a install vid, thank you for uploading
I seem to have excess wires an looms, will have to go back an double check

@@statethis Hmm not sure if the steering controls work for skipping songs, I use the buttons below the screen and they seem to work alright
@@Shockhorror18 yeah volume sweet but have to reach over to skip all good tho, makes playing playlist a lot easier
@@statethis hey mate I had a play around and the steering controls worked kinda on and off. No idea why but it worked once for me haha
Cheers for the vid mate, just about to order this unit and install myself too 👍🏼
Matt Russo no worries mate, good timing as I only just put this up 👍🏻
Great Job mate.

Where did you place the antennas?
hey mate i have this unit installed how to you get the wireless carlay and andriod auto to work
Hey mate, I just connected to the module through Bluetooth. You can hold the top left of the screen for like 3 seconds to take you to the menu.
Did you end up doing a review of the unit after the install?
Not yet, I guess I know what I’ll be up to on the weekend!
Any reviews of how it runs? Has it been good
