Nice! I was starting to worry this video was going to be another BS air tutorial (one of hundreds) that was giving advice on level that beginners couldn't use. Then you said - the faster you go the more you need to throw yourself at the deck! That insight is surely going to save me from a broken bone as I progress! NO ONE TELLS YOU THIS STUFF! I couldn't even get advice on the correct pads to use when I first started. Thanks Mitchie love you man.

No problem! Hopefully it helps and you keep finding little tips as you progress more

maybe a silly thing to ask but i hope you do some of these tutorials for the smaller mini ramps too. i don't have vert ramps at my park and I'm trying to get more air out of a 6' ramp, but the timing feels so much tighter and sketchy. i feel like without vert theres more of a chance to hang up if I really launch myself upwards. Also I hope you bring back your other tutorials! Did you make them patreon exclusive?

no vert you have to pop out and up like street ollie....people like bucky lasek could backside ollie grab melons like 6foot plus on a six foot ramp...pop out and up....tommy guerrero backside kicflip melons....the best ever pop a huge frontside ollie grab melon point and come in (probably hardest non flip )

Yeah we are coming out with mini ramp tutorials soon. Are you talking about the computer lectures? I just unlisted them because i didn’t think they were very good….

@@Skateiq They were great! I get wanting to keep a higher production quality look about things, but I found them really authentic and profoundly in-depth when discussing how tricks are done beyond a surface level discussion about things. They spoke to the skate nerd in me, lol. All your stuff is great though, keep it up.

@@Flippy they were all before the Skateiq thing started when I was just rambling. I’m gonna write down in my notes right now that those longer ramble sessions are appropriate and maybe we can bring them back. I’d love to have a certain element of professionalism and organization but we’re gonna brain storm and find a way to bring it back !

Hey Mitchie.. loving these videos! Do you think you could do a vert frontside olllie tutorial? I keep olllieing them too early below the vert part of the ramp.. 🤷‍♂️

What is your most controversial skate opinion, I think that street skating is pretty bs as a sport
