Sweet. If lines are trapping air, bleed brakes with caliper not mounted. Temporarily hang caliper bleeder at highest point, then bleed. Then mount the caliper in its final location. That’s what I had to do for mine to be bled properly
Thank you! I need all the tips I can get. I was soo hesitant to switch to hydraulic for this very reason haha. I knew I'd have to make every mistake possible in the learning process haha
I don't understand why ya'll don't have more subs. Vasily has same issue. You guys have your own spin on things that I think people don't appreciate. I love all your channels each for different reasons.
Hey Bobby, I wouldn't hang that mount to the swing arm I would attach it to the upper arm just below the muffler that way when you hit bumps it doesn't loosen or pull loose your exhaust cause when it goes up the exhaust will also!
The lever itself has mounting holes so made a bracket for it. And the caliper we run has a built in mechanical e brake that is pulled with a normal brake cable. I cant find where I did it either 😅
Take the caliper off the mount and lay it on the ground and open the bleeder screw. Let gravity do the work for a min or 2. Then remount caliper and bleed maybe 2 pumps and it will be done
You are so right. I'd then need a sturdy place to mount it, and then room for said sturdy work space. Also Id really like to have a press for that kinda stuff
Have y’all heard Cars and Cameras are having another Mini Mayhem finally. It’s October 22-24. I can’t wait
Im most definitely gonna be there!
Holy cow, all the go kart YT events are packed in to like 2 months haha
You all have great cinematic work. And awesome fab work! I’ve learned a trick or two from your builds. Keep it up! 🤘🏻
Thanks Josh!! Glad to inspire!
Quality tyrannis production again. I finally found a new project and a 420cc to put in it. Keep it up.

Not gonna lie, I've been surprised too. I'm not sure if its not mass market enough, or if the algorithm just doesn't get it.

Our engine is actually mounted to the swing arm so it needs to be supported there. Its confusing at first, and that's why I hadn't done it already 😅

How did you install the E brake? I can’t find the episode

I gotta try this! also I'm gonna open the caliper all the way first. I have a feeling air may be caught in the caliper itself at this point.
I have a serious question!? Where is the cross kart build? lol
I now right
I'm gonna get back on it this week! All my parts are finally in 😅
Ok so where is the blue yerf and the tilly 225? Also any updates to upgrade the minibike to compete against a Honda ruckus or grom?
Workin through a bunch of stuff here, I cant make any promises just yet...
Stop pounding on the jack, get a good vice.
