This looks so good! Had to google what the green was (Napa cabbage) and I call the red peppers and cilantro… 😂😂 but after I figured that out I now can’t wait to make it. Is the fish sauce a necessity or could the dressing be tweaked to eliminate it for vegetarians?? And if so just eliminate that or substitute something for it?
