This is the best rendition. Soft and gently sung to capture the awe and wonder of Creator. To emphasise man are only small and our creator is big. Hence the singers should use the most humble voice to show their utmost admiration and respect and reverence to the creator, that we are naught compared to God, stand amazed and be consumed by his great incomprehensible love.

I’m not even religious but this brings such comfort to me. Every time I hear this song I cry because it played at my grandpas funeral and it was so perfect for his perfect soul.

This has always been one of my favorite hymns. Although it was nowhere near as well performed as they have done here, I was with my father at one of the Promise Keepers rallies in Washington, DC, back in the early 90's. This was one of the hymns that we (all 50+ thousand men in attendance) sang. They had a band accompanying for the first part of the song then it shifted over to all acapella. I still get goosebumps up and down my arms just thinking about how beautiful that sound was.

My Mum's favourite hymn - she had a bad heart attack 1976 followed soon after by a stroke and died in 1982 aged 75. Preciuos memories I have of her.

So beautifully done. One of my favorite songs. How Great Thou Art was sung at my older brothers funeral by a quartet, my brother was only age 15 of a bad heart. He died in 1965. I believe God needed another Angel so he brought my brother home to be in glory.

This was one of my favorite songs I have heard you sing. You just focused on the singing, & the results were fantastic. The slower tempo really allowed you to lock the chords. it was outrageous!
This is my favorite hymn (Well joint favorite with 'Abide with me') .. however I have to say this version and delivery has left me utterly lost for words in a very good way !

I've been impressed with the Vocal Majority since I first heard them sing years ago. They make such rich beautiful music that it took me a while to realize it's all a capello.
After all these years, still the gold standard. Magnificent.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! Barbershop was my Dad's great love (he was the high tenor) and as a little girl I grew up listening to the Group. As a musician, I love the way they change the key so subtly via the various parts of the harmony. The expressions of the singers are so expressive and loving. Beautifully done.

wonderful to see the younger men in there too. It cannot be expressed what good it does for my heart to see men giving themselves to music that can last forever. This was my dad's favorite hymn and he is with our Lord now praising God for his faithfulness to all who trust in Him.

It is just amazing to be in the presence of a group of people who can bring joy to your soul. I was in the presence of such music today. It was but three people, singing this song. They absolutely brought it like you've never heard it before. Someone recorded it, and I hope to get a copy.
