Nice one, but mine is better! And it's not even mine. I had it over a decade ago from a cook show. Ralf Moeller was the guest of the show and introduced his favourite dish. He said he had it i Vegas many times and asked the chef finally to tell him how it's made, the ceasars salad Vegas Style. And he replicatied it, and that's what I did and I love it, as dozens of my friends did! It's just a yellow of a egg, or more depending of the amount of salad Mixit with worchester sauce add spicy mustard (Löwensenf Extrascharf) add Olive Oil until you have a salaf sauce Add a little bit of Garlic and S&P to taste Mix it with the Salad Add Croutons made of toast and olive oil and garlic Grate Prmesan Cheese Add it and serve AWESOME!
