Forget the oven, get a cast iron fry pan and fry the day-old cubed bread damped with EVO until golden. Then add fresh grated partisan cheese while hot, let cool then bag it. It is amazing!

If you are in the UK, Egg production is totally different from the US. Because of the bio hygiene regulations at EU farms and the fact the eggs are not washed of their natural protective coating when they are laid; the eggs are sterile. They do not have to be refrigerated and have a very long shelf life. Thus it is perfectly safe to use them raw.

O.M. Goobers! It is *awesome*, and glad I made this batch so it will be at the ready now! Wow, Billy, THANK YOU (AGAIN)! And tip: I may never use mayo on a sandwich 🥪 ever again!
