  • This is how to make the viral tiktok folded kimbap hack with tuna and spicy mayo. This popular recipe is so easy yet so delicious.
    Ingredients:
    Square seaweed
    Sushi rice
    Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
    Gochujang paste (1/2 teaspoon)
    Kewpie mayonnaise (2 teaspoons)
    Canned tuna
    Egg (1)
    Lettuce (2 leaves)
    Recipe:
    1) Cut the seaweed down the middle and stop at the centre.
    2) In a bowl, mix sesame oil in sushi rice. Place the mixed rice on one corner of the seaweed. Press the rice down to compact it.
    3) Open canned tuna and drain the oil. Put dry tuna on the next corner of the seaweed. The tuna has to be dry so the seaweed won’t turn soggy quick.
    4) In a small bowl, mix gochujang and kewpie mayonnaise. Add this mixture on the sushi rice.
    5) Make simple scrambled eggs and place it on another corner of the seaweed.
    6) Place 2 pieces of lettuce on the last corner of the seaweed.
    7) Fold the kimbap.
    8) Wrap the kimbap with cling wrap and press it gently to compact the inside.
    9) Cut the kimbap into half and you’re ready to eat! Make sure you remove the cling wrap first before you eat. Enjoy!
