hello @user-ge7zd8yv9d All you need to do is sign into the same account but using the Incognito window option so that its a clean version of QBOA. Its the same concept as if you signed into the same QBOA account through 2 separate google users. That way you have one open for the exam and the other open to test out the questions. And then you can have a 3rd option open with the test drive. I have failed expenses and vendors twice. Scored 70% both times. I have one more try or it will lock me out. So for now, I will cool off. Start banking and work on it later
@spokenword3973 It’s ok to take a break to make sure you understand the concepts and prepare for the exams to get above the 80%. it's a great plan and I am sure you will be celebrating your ProAdvisor Certification soon!

These are great tips, but seem unlikely to work. Doesn't QB check all tabs and browsers open and glider for eye contact to ensure you are only looking at the exam?
So I am confused. We resign into our account with the same log in to take exam on incognito. Then on the regular new window sign in to the same account with the same name ... won't that mess up the system or do I create another account with a different name for that?
@mrs.vallecillo3889 Basically, you can take your TEST under your actual QBOA account and you can log in under your regular browser user or an Incognito user which is recommended so that you dont have any issues with cache/cookies. THEN, you open a completely SEPARATE browser (I prefer to use separate google user that I have) and then you sign into QBOA again and that user is using for testing out the questions. Nice and useful information, I have to login to my qboa window to give an exam, and for testing questions I need to login with the same credentials in the incognito mode then why open 3 rd one that is test drive window Please reply
@manali2580 you don't have to do any of these other then the exam window. The other options are just if you want more versions of QBO or QBOA open to practice test questions. Hope that helps.

@biancaforbes5603 test is OPEN book with no proctor. You can have anything you like open to help you pass test. Good luck!

This video is in English, not Spanish. Please check your UA-cam settings to see if something was changed on your end. Hope that fixes your problem.

Your best option is to go back and watch the webinar and do the self-training that covers these topics and try again. You can do this.
Finally pass that section after I took a 2 day break.
