I tried to defeat Germany as Poland and lost in less than a week
I agree that the way taking casualties gives a crap ton of war score when killing the enemy does almost none, the ai being able to take everything because they rammed themselves against forts and unwinable battles whilst I killed millions and get almost nothing.

Play as Poland on Ironman and win World War 2. No mods other than player led peace conferences, and you must get all of your cores as Poland. Must stay democratic. You may form Poland-Lithuania if you want, but you must stay Democratic.

Poland needs to be a monarchy to get a war goal on Lithuania or you’d need alot of war support

He didn't completely control all of those states, you could see that a tiny bit of Belgium was still there.

The strat is to secure all the Benelux before the Allies arrive and then use the Benelux resources to build a really strong defensive army and either join a war against the allies or declare one yourself to keep the land, then work from there
I think Staks next game should be "The Great Lakes Confederation" mod. It is a fascinating mod where through a series of military miracles, a large Native American confederation of tribes managed to survive centered around the Great Lakes and bordered by Canada and the USA. I think that Stakuyi should play this mod and take back all of the land in North America, Central America, and South America from the colonizers and unite all of the America's under the control of the Great North Confederation, wresting control back from the colonizers. He should do all of this while playing ironman and, if possible, having his faction ideology remain either Non-aligned or Democratic.

-A mod which takes alternate history where Germany win because various reasons but the thing that matters in mod is dark tone where you have Ordenstadt Burgundy(basically gamer choice) distopian world where Himmler rules and believes that master race shall be created in the ashes of nuclear war or warlord states of Russia which like "Hatred for the invasion by Germans and now they want to kill them all not just the men but the women and children" or "Waiting for Alexei while the clock slowly but surely it will come midnight" or "Wholesome Sablin"

It's one of the most eye-rollingly American behaviours to say "my brother's wife's cousin's dog's groomer's adopted uncle was from X, so I am of X too". Like no, you can become Scottish by naturalising there, but not by virtue of a single grandparent. You can be interested in the culture sure, but you are almost certainly not of that culture if the closest you get is a grandparent.

With the land you managed to grab you could build up a population and economy to actually unite europe eventually, if you still have a save I'd like to see it
The population of Luxembourg around the time of WW2 was only around 150k people, so almost the entire population in this video became soldiers or died as soldiers
by not forming the benelux you made this unreasonably hard

I would suggest trying Romania next. Try not to lose any territory in 1941 but do not align with Germany, maybe instead go with the Allies.

The dynasty died out in 1437 as no male heir was drawn. And the Habsburgs inherited the territories.

Can you try the Hungarian Flavor mod. I know that hungary has a focus tree but this mod makes it so much better and i have never seen someone none hungarian using the mod the chalange is not much just unite the Kingdom of Hungary and the croatian territories (sorry for my bad english)

this can be done a lot easier by paradropping to form benelux and using indonesian manpower, then paradrop france and it'll snowball from there. after which you can flip back to democratic to form the EU
