I don't know for sure when Mexico began developing it's own rail industry, but the earliest rails and trains there were built, owned, and operated by American companies. Pancho Villa really enjoyed robbing American trains operating on Mexican soil. Hard to picture him as the stereotypical Western flick bad guy when we were trying to manifest destiny south of the Rio Grande.

He just hated communism and fought against it any way he could, anywhere in the world. He was also responsible for the creation of the Green Beret special forces. Truly a remarkable man in every way.

If you want to have Manaheim after civil war you need to first spent 70pp on getting military on the coup side (need also 30% support for facist) - best way is to rush right-wing policy > prepare military coup then move to enhance southern infra and once that is done you can start A facist regime, as by this point you should have 70pp and 30% support. Once you secure military you get all military staff after civil war.

The problem whith this civil war is that states controlled by you vs the states controlled by the ai are anrealistic and should be the other way around, since during 1930s people far righ had more support in Pohjanmaa and Lapland than other parts of Finland and the major population centers in the south were generally leaning towords left

Im having trouble inviting the Ai into the finnish league as they always jump to the axis before I send it. Anyone knows whats up? Is it an issue that I try doing it before late 1937? No matter what I try to do, I simply cannot get Norway, Denmark or Sweden to join me. I even cheated to test if they would, but nope. I have 1 million men on the field. I have maxed out relations with all nations yet they ALWAYS join the Axis. It's infuriating. Not just that, but how did you get Mannerheim? As far as I know, you have to activate the decision to get the military on your side before the civil war which you did not do.

I don't think Lauri Torni ever fought for the bad guys. Fighting with the Germans against the Soviets means he was fighting for the good guys.
