This is one of the absolute best sponsored videos I have ever seen. No only were you honest and up front that it was an ad, but you actually showcased the service in a way that would move a consumer to utilize it.

This was an amazing ad for Spoonflower because you gave hints & hacks for people to get basically what they dreamed correct the first time around. I'd say if it's a landscape then a person is going to find an inspiration painting from Bob Ross with all the hundreds to thousands of painting tutorials he did over decades.

the whole pocket zipper conundrum reminds me of a time I put an invisible zipper on a bias. it was a major pain in the ass and then when I had done it, the studio tech at the studio told me that zippers on a bias is near impossible to do especially invisible zippers. and then I showed her the dress and she was like... "huh... how about that"

I love that UA-cam is showing me so many sewing videos lately, it brings me a lot of joy knowing that so many people enjoy sewing as a hobby. As a seamstress, yes, what you did with the zipper is one of the ways you could sew it, the other part would be stitching the lining by hand for a cleaner look.
The idea and outcome are absolutely adorable, and I can't wait to see more of your work.

Oh my gosh the paintings are beautiful. I didn't know about that technique. Also I love this type of boarder pattern but I've had no idea how it was done. I want to do this now so badly with my art! I personally don't really like just slapping my art in the middle of a shirt which is the easiest thing to get done, but it doesn't look as nice in my opinion. I like when the pattern doesn't repeat too much and it gives off a bigger fuller image, just like what you did with this!

I love the idea of the shearing, I imagine with enough of it, it makes for a comfy fit! Adding it to my sewing bucket list 🪣 😊
If chiffon is giving to a hard time sliding when sewing you can lay tissue paper underneath it and it just tears off after.

Tbh I love the lolita dresses and the fashions like this, with the border prints. I see this one dress in dress up games all the time, that has kind of a lolita-style with roses printed at the bottom, and smaller ones on the skirt and everything, and I totally HAVE TO FIND A REAL LIFE VERSION OF IT! It's a beautiful dress, trust me! Also, Now I see your forest fairy dress and I love it too! I like wearing bright or pastel colors more than dark colors, but I love the forest fairy aesthetic (also I love the paintings, I love paintings of forests but when it comes to me painting them, they just don't look like forests).
Also, I heard of spoonflower and I wanted to make a custom pillow from it

I didn't know that's how that technique works in oils but you can do similar things in watercolor by doing an underpainting in waterproof ink and also in digital by using layers to colorize the black and white. Neat! I had an idea for a game themed skirt with a stained glass window edge and doing an order like this sure seems better than.... Hand dyeing fabric

Ok ik im late just found u out and im obsessed also these print are also very common in southern asian fashion such as kameezes or kurtas. Bc its cheaper to buy unmade clothing and you sew it yourself back home (it’s very common a lot of southern asian men and women know how to sew)its usually like this on a big fabric roll soo if u want a set you can get like enough for you if i make sense. Also when you said its very rare i was surprised bc i grew up with seeing these as lot however thats bc i went to a lot of southern asian fabric shops with my mum
