unfortunately there is keybord and mouse emulator and you can use it in hunt. I knows it, becouse when they release 1.8 pc servers was down(if i remember correctly) But consoles was up. And i went to twitch to watch if anyone playing. And found console player who moves and shots like pc player. I thought it was pc and he was able to play game, but later i saw wheel of choosing weapons. And after asking him a question he repled me that he uses that emulator. And on stream he killed all squads at server. He was duo against trio.
As someone who exclusively plays on ps4 there's a certain charm to the firefights where everyone is kinda bad. There's a lot more shotgun, melee, and general chaos. It's endlessly hilarious. More console stories, please! I was laughing the whole time as I definitely empathize with a lot of this.
@@drugsarebad97 Considering that my group is all 4 and 5 stars pretty much all we play is 5 and even 6 stars on weekends. I'm not talking about skill, I'm talking about hilarity and fun. This game is the most entertaining (to me) in 3-4 star games.

@@drugsarebad97 Truth. In 3-4 lobbies I can run whatever meme or experimental loadout I want ( and go up against some wacky loadouts as well) but at higher levels everyone knows what they're doing and I only really have two loadouts that Im comfortable with.
My experience as a console Hunt player is consistently wildy inconsistent. One game I'll be smashing headshots from 100+ meters left and right and the next I'll have a literal minute long knife fight with a guy because we both missed each other with every shot we had in both our weapons as the last two people on the server, the next I'll be incapable of killing so much as an immolator, and the match after that I'll be irritated so I'll server wipe with a bomb lance and stam shots. I hate Hunt Showdown. It's my favorite game.

Thank you! First time that i see a down to earth look on console, without the word masterrace or pc in it. On console there are clutch moments possible too, but many ppl would deny that.

being a 5 1/2 ish star gamer on PC, seeing console reminded me of a better time. A time when i could play for fun, and not for team coordination. The times when you'd get into shouting matches with friends over what the hell was happening as you ran around desperately trying to figure out how you were on fire and bleeding at the same time. I like this series, the console, the derpier aiming, the lower MMR brackets. Keep doing it please, i enjoy greatly.
Hunt console players are either the most experienced gamer you’ve ever gone up against who will 1 tap you through a wall from a completely separate compound or it’s your cousin’s grandpa who just figured out how to turn on the xbox

Been playing Hunt on ps4 since it dropped for sony. It's a different world from PC for sure. (Only from visual experience) One thing I've found out the hard way, is randoms will quickly leave you once they grab the bounty. That's when I decided to play solo most of the time. Been running mainly solo for about a year now and even tho its tough, I have nobody to abandon me.
I really like the occasional console videos, especially since I'm a PC player. I like seeing this other side of the game. I've heard that the console version has a different meta than PC, and that using a controller makes melee weapons more viable, but since I don't have a console I can't verify this for myself. Maybe a future video could highlight some of these differences, featuring a melee weapon such as, I don't know, the Bomb Lance?
look at how hard it was for him to hit the shots and how close the enemoies where in the first minute of the video. the aiming is extremely hard in console
Yeah aiming is a bit more difficult so combat is at closer ranges and shotguns and melee weapons are more viable. I like it more tbh because in my opinion positioning is more important on console than it is on PC and makes for a tactical game because you can't just click on heads the second you see them. Interestingly enough console is the reason explosive ammo rightfully got nerfed into oblivion because running two Springfield compacts with explosive ammo was a meta load out for a brief time and it about made the game unplayable
Every reply on here is clearly four star and below players. Console has the same meta in 5/6 star lobbies. When I see a bomb lance with my long ammo, I’m happy.
@@noonecares6121 Its harder to get to 5-6 stars because... aiming on console is much hartder. Which means melee weapons are better in general than on pc. The point still stands. Considering the majority of the player base is 4 star and below.

I play on PS5, but I just love the chaotic feel of a gunfight in The Hunt. The style and the weapons just make this game brilliantly enjoyable and unique.
Absolutely, would love some more console Hunt. Im solely pc, but there's a pretty distinct lack of high quality content for console Hunt, and its interesting to see the differences
Just bought the Game yesterday for PS4 both the normal and Gold Edition are on sale rn for 13$ and 17$. Cant wait to learn all the mechanics and probably die 10 years earlier due to high blood pressure.
Welcome to the dark side of melee rushes shotguns and chaos, as a console player we are kinda the black sheep of the hunt community with a game not made for use and a menu that was not set up for our system. Hunt on console is a wonderful and chaotic experience that is either exhilarating or exhausting, with crashes and glitches but also with a unique adaptation with its own quirks and rhythms in its gunplay and movement. Loved the video keep it up!
I don’t know why but every video I see where someone plays console hunt people can’t hit their shots but when I am playing it everyone has the accuracy of a sniper from quake
I can't confirm how many people it is, but I know for a fact there are people who use M&K on console hunt. I've played with several people in the past who have admitted to it.

As someone who plays on playstation seeing someone i know is actually quite skilled at hunt struggling and still succeeding gives me hope. All the best home and definitely want to see more console times
I think something that would help would be changing it so your FOV is never zoomed it. As you have it now, your FOV is decreasing when you stop running and I think that might be contributing to your issues with aiming.
I am a 2.15k/d PS5 player and i see a lot of people saying console players are bad by default, but i am a 5-6 star player and play against leaderboard players all the time. And let me tell you, at this MMR people hit their shots, headshots are very common, and long ammo, along with shotgun/ uppercut is the meta. I would say the bad console player thing is true for 3 star and below as i believe low MMR PC players are quite better. I recently made a smurf just to mess around and got a k/d of 23.
Once you get the hang of playing console and get into five star lobbies you'll notice gunfights become as quick and accurate as what you had on PC, six star lobbies are sweat and salt mines, it's hit your headshots or be hit in the head within a five second span

I would love to see some videos of you just doing your thing on your home turf either alone or with friends. Idk if you just do the clips people send you or if I've missed videos of you doing it but I would still like to see it either way.
Loved the video. I play on Xbox and I play duos and get some garbage COD players who think they can do whatever and when they die they rage quit. When your engaging an enemy from distance people on console tend strafe back and forth so lead your shot a bit more and you’ll be killing fools in no time.

Ah I remember console Hunt. I used to play on console, a little after scrapbeak was added and it still felt like Chaos rained supreme. Now it feels like I play tarkov, cause I only get headshot 50% of my games, unless it was a shotgun who hit all ruptured all of my organs, broke all my bones, and eviscerated my skin with one shot
The whiplash you get from going from a console shooter with aim assist to one that doesn't have any aim assist is insane. Like i'm sure that 95% of those people thought they were good at shooters, and that they're "95%" accuracy on COD wouldn't let them down. They believed in that "95% accuracy", but little did they know that that was a lie all along. They thought that Aim Assist wasn't helping them get those high numbers, ooh boy how wrong they were. I used to be one of those plebs the whiplash was indeed insane, when i moved to PC and got HUNT. But then i started getting used to kb and mouse, and omg i am THAT good just not with a controller. No thanks. XD My accuracy on Controller without aim assist is about 50% or 60% on a good day maybe a bit higher. That's just me spit balling tho, because Hunt does not show "accuracy" stats anywhere, that i am aware of. I do know that my Accuracy is indeed closer to 90% with kb and mouse for sure, maybe is less like 80% or closer to 95% but i am not sure. I do know that i am pretty decent. I do not however get a lot of headshots, but that might be on my part since i don't aim for headshots a lot. I do however get headshots more on mouse than i did on controller of course.
I believe that every PC gamer should return to tradition and play with controller every once in a while. Using a mouse is so much easier. I miss simpliler times when players would waist half their ammo hitting air before they kill the person their shooting at less than 20 feet away.
I’m a 5 star on console and I think the best way to play is super aggressive. It’s always what I’ve had work the best for me at all levels of play. Keep rushing to be where they don’t expect you yet to be, and capitalize off of every knock. Personally how I enjoy playing and makes me lots of money.

Today I was at the end of banishing a boss and another team attacked, I was unfazed… at first, I had my traps (poison and concertina trip wires) and both my teammates, until the shooting started, we were all good in the room then my teammate downs on my first trap trying to leave alone, why I ask the bayou bastions, I revive him with hope, he walks over trips my other trap dies, door opens *sheriff Hardin stares at me and draws* I’m dead, my teammates are dead and all I can think “randoms” but I’ll lose more hunters tomorrow
This game is fucking fun on console… it’s just pure fun, I play 5 star lobbies and there’s ALMOST no sweatlords it’s so fucking fun with friends and it’ll bring the most wholesome laughs with your buddies with random funny moments.
A 3* once taught me (5*) the best way to kill a boss. *brings 2 big dynamite bundles* *finds boss* Took the the guy 2 tries to kill spider with blowing himself up with big dynamite bundles. This was my random paird group from discord. I should check on him. See if he’s found any better ways to kill a boss
I've always kind of put the players in the console version in a kind of play style stereotype. You've got the brawlers (uses medium ammo or faster firing weapons; nothing but chase), the bush campers (some kind of long range weapon or shotgun; almost always runs and can be very liberal with their shots), the sharks (love that melee and can't get enough of it, will hunt down the first team to make noise; 50/50 play style), and finally- the rats (take epic guns and will intimidate you into falling back a bit, then will flee for their expensive lives). There's way more I reckon, but I'm done typing, lol.
Oh man, now this reminds me of the easier times on console. As a 6 star, my matches are nothing like this. I fight and play with people that can give PC players a run for their money. If you know movement on console, you can really screw up some people.
Whenever I go on a stretch of time not playing hunt on console, I play all the sniper trials until I get every 1 of them 3 stars. That’s the baseline level of shooting skill and sensitivity familiarity that I believe it takes before starting to come back to pvp, if u left off at 5 stars like I did.

Dude that spider outside , i remember once i was running like 3 meters away from building and i just got sniped by spider and was shocked laying on the ground in open ofc lucky i didnt got shoot from anyone
I only play on Xbox, so messing with settings, using gunslinger mode and just dealing with the abysmal RS\/ button mapping for heavy melee, and practicing with your weapons and traits in the range are all just... How the shooting is. Dualies and hip fired pistols miss frequently unless you reeeeeally slow down your shots, or just ADS.
I thought something was a little off when I picked this game back up. I had to question why I was so damn bad but then I realized this game mightve been catered to people who........haven't played with a controller all there life. Playing this game without even earphones is basically like playing dark souls blind. It's so wonderful when your just walking and every step you take gas so much detail, the glass shatters and pops beneath you as you walk on it, you can hear bushes and flakes of grass graze you as your crouch walking through it. I've never.........EVER begged for aim assist more in my life till now lol but I just re-downloaded it back and welp......here we go again😂😂😂😂😂
Ah the Hunt console experience. Where you either play with two elite assassins from the League of Shadows, or where the three of you juggle a brain cell and you watch your last surviving teammate die in the most avoidable way possible.
The problem with console hunt is not the controller, but the game itself. For instance, Halo, on PC, I prefer a controller. The aiming is smoother, the movement is fine tuned, you can tell it is a game meant for the controller. Now, with Hunt... The aiming is absolutely a joke. When I get into a new fps game on console (Or rather when I used to be on console) I always tried to make a small circle with my crosshair. If it was able to do it, in games like BF3 it was amazingly accurate, then, the game was programmed perfectly to fit console play. If it couldn't and would make small squares like everything was on a grid, then the game is absolute garbage and you shouldn't feel bad for missing shots that were never meant to go anywhere anyways.
As a console player lemmie tell you, the terminus with levering and flechettes is a godsend. If even just a couple pellets hit ur gonna bleed that mf out over ur 2 min dance of death
anytime iv tried to play hunt on my xbox and then series x i always have game breaking bugs and its unplayable but always works fine for my friends idk what to do cuz i play this on pc but my brother has xbox but my hunt on xbox literally is broke. what do i do

Fun thing on console - get two playstation players and then pawn them and play as a solo. It increases the mmr, and also gives u two allies ( if they haven't figured u out yet) and two lnown players.
Wait until you get to 5/6 star lobbies, they’re still a sweat fest on console. It’s definitely not as unga bunga melee at all, headshots come almost as quick as on PC. There’s just a huge disparity between MMR on console tbh. Appreciate the console content though, keep it up Home!
You can have good aim in console hunt. It takes practice and trigger patience. I'm a 5-6 star after 2300 hrs I still have so much fun playing this game
I made it to prestige 27 on console before swapping to PC. All the Hunt videos on my channel were from my console days. Game sense and good movement are really important on console. Even though I was a very good shot on console, I'd have potato days where it felt like I was destined to lose over and over again.
Love to see some console gameplay. If you're on Xbox, I would gladly duo with you. I'm around 5 stars (I recently had a loss streak so I'm back on 4, but I'm confident I'll get back to 5 without much difficulty)
Hunt on console is a different type of game. My personal favorite is when I as a 5 star get killed by a 2-3 star team with 100 kills max and they kill me with pinpoint accuracy, only to go on to the next gunfight and miss every shot and die in the most pathetic fashion face down in the mud. Console is a truly random experience.
Great vid. My thoughts from your vid and my time on console: -positioning and game sense are far superior to aiming in this game -ammo management is different on console. This is the reason why mosin/lebel are less interesting on console compared to PC even if they are still meta -Hope crytek will fix trade kills one day. Never saw that in any other fps. This Is the most frustrating thing for solo players!
No sweat on console using melee weapons only thing that’s meta is the heavy knife plays. It’s still long ammo slugs and snipers. Nothing changed over here just for the three star shitters it has.
From what I hear it's much easier to quick aim, and sniping long range (anything over 100+ meters) is viable in on PC. Console tends to not render much beyond 100 meters, but on PC people can snipe you from another compound if they have LOS and the right scope/gun.

I generally run either a shotgun build similar to this video or a levering build with the winny aperature and anything else I'm feeling. I've been testing running a winny marksman+ levering and a half terminus to cover all my ranges. I'm mostly terrible aim skill-wise but am decent with map awareness, flanking, and rotating so that I'm actual useful to my team - even if I am the aim bait so someone else can kill them.
I like the console videos and if you do another trip to console hunt you should really do as the natives and run melee wepons (Bomblance, axe, cavlery saber and Romero hatchet are some of my favorites) melee is king in console hunt
As an Xbox AND PC player of games, I find the "console is hard to aim" argument a bit silly. It is very different, but the idea that you can't aim or compete with pc players isn't true. I often use a game pad on PC because I can outplay people with one. I think it is really a preference and the argument hinders crossplay from its true potential. I do think consoles should allow keyboard and mouse though, they are capable of taking the input.

Melee weapons on console only dominate 3mmr lobbies and occasionally 4mmr. Once you hit that 5mmr then you aren’t gonna see bomb lance that often

What MMR are you? Cuz my bad experiences were always with MMR 4 and MMR5 with low KD under 1.50.

Hunt on console is a wonderful and chaotic experience that is either exhilarating or exhausting, with crashes and glitches but also with a unique adaptation with its own quirks and rhythms in its gunplay and movement. Loved the video keep it up!
I don’t know why but every video I see where someone plays console hunt people can’t hit their shots but when I am playing it everyone has the accuracy of a sniper from quake
I can't confirm how many people it is, but I know for a fact there are people who use M&K on console hunt. I've played with several people in the past who have admitted to it.

As someone who plays on playstation seeing someone i know is actually quite skilled at hunt struggling and still succeeding gives me hope. All the best home and definitely want to see more console times
I think something that would help would be changing it so your FOV is never zoomed it. As you have it now, your FOV is decreasing when you stop running and I think that might be contributing to your issues with aiming.
I am a 2.15k/d PS5 player and i see a lot of people saying console players are bad by default, but i am a 5-6 star player and play against leaderboard players all the time. And let me tell you, at this MMR people hit their shots, headshots are very common, and long ammo, along with shotgun/ uppercut is the meta. I would say the bad console player thing is true for 3 star and below as i believe low MMR PC players are quite better. I recently made a smurf just to mess around and got a k/d of 23.
Once you get the hang of playing console and get into five star lobbies you'll notice gunfights become as quick and accurate as what you had on PC, six star lobbies are sweat and salt mines, it's hit your headshots or be hit in the head within a five second span
Yep and I willing to bet most if not all players 5 Star and up are Mouse and Keyboard.

Enjoy the console gameplay as I hail from Xbox Land, so seeing some good plays on the console is motivating as most hunt content creators are on pc. Keep it up man!

Loved the video. I play on Xbox and I play duos and get some garbage COD players who think they can do whatever and when they die they rage quit. When your engaging an enemy from distance people on console tend strafe back and forth so lead your shot a bit more and you’ll be killing fools in no time.
I sympathize with ya lol. I come from far away console land and experiencing growing pains with hunt on pc. Getting better but my aim/hesitation to shoot is a pain
Ah I remember console Hunt. I used to play on console, a little after scrapbeak was added and it still felt like Chaos rained supreme. Now it feels like I play tarkov, cause I only get headshot 50% of my games, unless it was a shotgun who hit all ruptured all of my organs, broke all my bones, and eviscerated my skin with one shot
The whiplash you get from going from a console shooter with aim assist to one that doesn't have any aim assist is insane. Like i'm sure that 95% of those people thought they were good at shooters, and that they're "95%" accuracy on COD wouldn't let them down. They believed in that "95% accuracy", but little did they know that that was a lie all along. They thought that Aim Assist wasn't helping them get those high numbers, ooh boy how wrong they were. I used to be one of those plebs the whiplash was indeed insane, when i moved to PC and got HUNT. But then i started getting used to kb and mouse, and omg i am THAT good just not with a controller. No thanks. XD
My accuracy on Controller without aim assist is about 50% or 60% on a good day maybe a bit higher. That's just me spit balling tho, because Hunt does not show "accuracy" stats anywhere, that i am aware of. I do know that my Accuracy is indeed closer to 90% with kb and mouse for sure, maybe is less like 80% or closer to 95% but i am not sure. I do know that i am pretty decent. I do not however get a lot of headshots, but that might be on my part since i don't aim for headshots a lot. I do however get headshots more on mouse than i did on controller of course.
I believe that every PC gamer should return to tradition and play with controller every once in a while. Using a mouse is so much easier. I miss simpliler times when players would waist half their ammo hitting air before they kill the person their shooting at less than 20 feet away.
I’m a 5 star on console and I think the best way to play is super aggressive. It’s always what I’ve had work the best for me at all levels of play. Keep rushing to be where they don’t expect you yet to be, and capitalize off of every knock. Personally how I enjoy playing and makes me lots of money.
As a 6 star on console, the best part is taking crossbow+cav saber and finally sneaking up on that mosin spitzer sniper bastard.

Today I was at the end of banishing a boss and another team attacked, I was unfazed… at first, I had my traps (poison and concertina trip wires) and both my teammates, until the shooting started, we were all good in the room then my teammate downs on my first trap trying to leave alone, why I ask the bayou bastions, I revive him with hope, he walks over trips my other trap dies, door opens *sheriff Hardin stares at me and draws* I’m dead, my teammates are dead and all I can think “randoms”
but I’ll lose more hunters tomorrow

This game is fucking fun on console… it’s just pure fun, I play 5 star lobbies and there’s ALMOST no sweatlords it’s so fucking fun with friends and it’ll bring the most wholesome laughs with your buddies with random funny moments.

I think it’s funny how you usually disregard pressing y to switch weapons, and using the d pad for consumables and instead opt for the weapon wheel.
I've always kind of put the players in the console version in a kind of play style stereotype. You've got the brawlers (uses medium ammo or faster firing weapons; nothing but chase), the bush campers (some kind of long range weapon or shotgun; almost always runs and can be very liberal with their shots), the sharks (love that melee and can't get enough of it, will hunt down the first team to make noise; 50/50 play style), and finally- the rats (take epic guns and will intimidate you into falling back a bit, then will flee for their expensive lives). There's way more I reckon, but I'm done typing, lol.

Oh man, now this reminds me of the easier times on console. As a 6 star, my matches are nothing like this. I fight and play with people that can give PC players a run for their money. If you know movement on console, you can really screw up some people.
Whenever I go on a stretch of time not playing hunt on console, I play all the sniper trials until I get every 1 of them 3 stars. That’s the baseline level of shooting skill and sensitivity familiarity that I believe it takes before starting to come back to pvp, if u left off at 5 stars like I did.
Then there’s me who took almost a month just to do the snipe Immolator’s with headshots one

It's great when Scrapbeak snipes a concertina bomb onto you outside the lair while you're still bleeding.
I only play on Xbox, so messing with settings, using gunslinger mode and just dealing with the abysmal RS\/ button mapping for heavy melee, and practicing with your weapons and traits in the range are all just... How the shooting is. Dualies and hip fired pistols miss frequently unless you reeeeeally slow down your shots, or just ADS.

I thought something was a little off when I picked this game back up. I had to question why I was so damn bad but then I realized this game mightve been catered to people who........haven't played with a controller all there life. Playing this game without even earphones is basically like playing dark souls blind. It's so wonderful when your just walking and every step you take gas so much detail, the glass shatters and pops beneath you as you walk on it, you can hear bushes and flakes of grass graze you as your crouch walking through it. I've never.........EVER begged for aim assist more in my life till now lol but I just re-downloaded it back and welp......here we go again😂😂😂😂😂
Ah the Hunt console experience. Where you either play with two elite assassins from the League of Shadows, or where the three of you juggle a brain cell and you watch your last surviving teammate die in the most avoidable way possible.
I just cant wait for full haptic suit VR, and remastering all the amazing old games to it... MiddleAge Crisis dream :D

The problem with console hunt is not the controller, but the game itself. For instance, Halo, on PC, I prefer a controller. The aiming is smoother, the movement is fine tuned, you can tell it is a game meant for the controller. Now, with Hunt... The aiming is absolutely a joke. When I get into a new fps game on console (Or rather when I used to be on console) I always tried to make a small circle with my crosshair. If it was able to do it, in games like BF3 it was amazingly accurate, then, the game was programmed perfectly to fit console play. If it couldn't and would make small squares like everything was on a grid, then the game is absolute garbage and you shouldn't feel bad for missing shots that were never meant to go anywhere anyways.
As a console player lemmie tell you, the terminus with levering and flechettes is a godsend. If even just a couple pellets hit ur gonna bleed that mf out over ur 2 min dance of death

Fun thing on console - get two playstation players and then pawn them and play as a solo. It increases the mmr, and also gives u two allies ( if they haven't figured u out yet) and two lnown players.
The lack of deadzone slider on console is a straight up war crime.

You can have good aim in console hunt. It takes practice and trigger patience. I'm a 5-6 star after 2300 hrs I still have so much fun playing this game

I made it to prestige 27 on console before swapping to PC. All the Hunt videos on my channel were from my console days. Game sense and good movement are really important on console. Even though I was a very good shot on console, I'd have potato days where it felt like I was destined to lose over and over again.
I played solo for a year got to 5 star on console now just play casually so dropped back to 3 star
Love to see some console gameplay. If you're on Xbox, I would gladly duo with you. I'm around 5 stars (I recently had a loss streak so I'm back on 4, but I'm confident I'll get back to 5 without much difficulty)
Hunt on console is a different type of game. My personal favorite is when I as a 5 star get killed by a 2-3 star team with 100 kills max and they kill me with pinpoint accuracy, only to go on to the next gunfight and miss every shot and die in the most pathetic fashion face down in the mud. Console is a truly random experience.

-positioning and game sense are far superior to aiming in this game
-ammo management is different on console. This is the reason why mosin/lebel are less interesting on console compared to PC even if they are still meta
-Hope crytek will fix trade kills one day. Never saw that in any other fps. This Is the most frustrating thing for solo players!

My friend had an idea, you should try play hunt on the lowest graphical settings. It is like playing half blind
One thing that helps me is to turn up the sensitivity. Controller settings are often set up pretty crappy adjust those and your aim should improve
for those who have a low ping be glad i have high ping and this is how the game should be loookin like (even though high ping can be good too)
No sweat on console using melee weapons only thing that’s meta is the heavy knife plays. It’s still long ammo slugs and snipers. Nothing changed over here just for the three star shitters it has.

Just as a tip for console, don't strafe when shooting at an enemy that isn't shooting back, that's why you miss a lot of your shots
How different does console feel to a PC main? I mostly play PS4/5 so its facinating to see how different it seems to feel to you
From what I hear it's much easier to quick aim, and sniping long range (anything over 100+ meters) is viable in on PC. Console tends to not render much beyond 100 meters, but on PC people can snipe you from another compound if they have LOS and the right scope/gun.
@@zissoulander 100%. Its easier to long range snipe on ps5 vs ps4 but some theres still a max render limit, not to mention controller aim vs pc aim.

I generally run either a shotgun build similar to this video or a levering build with the winny aperature and anything else I'm feeling. I've been testing running a winny marksman+ levering and a half terminus to cover all my ranges. I'm mostly terrible aim skill-wise but am decent with map awareness, flanking, and rotating so that I'm actual useful to my team - even if I am the aim bait so someone else can kill them.

I like the console videos and if you do another trip to console hunt you should really do as the natives and run melee wepons (Bomblance, axe, cavlery saber and Romero hatchet are some of my favorites) melee is king in console hunt
As an Xbox AND PC player of games, I find the "console is hard to aim" argument a bit silly.
It is very different, but the idea that you can't aim or compete with pc players isn't true. I often use a game pad on PC because I can outplay people with one.
I think it is really a preference and the argument hinders crossplay from its true potential.
I do think consoles should allow keyboard and mouse though, they are capable of taking the input.

Frags and explosive crossbow is tuff on console.
I was poor at aiming on console, until I spent hours, litteraly, finding the perfect sensitivity. Now I suck a little less.
It took me months to find the right sensitivity and even now it may be absolutely perfect.
