Man, the last two episodes were tripping me. I just watched both a while ago. Tokyo Blade arc was sort of too fast paced to make each episode end dramatically, but its all for these last two episodes. On ships, I dont think Kana x Aqua x Akane battle is being dropped for Aqua x Ruby. Its just that its Ruby time to be on a spotlight and her character so far has been revolving around Ai and Goro. That aside, man, Goro/Aqua's life is just cruel. Basically no difference and it sucks.
At 8:26, so ur saying akane’s giving away that warning to aqua because akane herself has given up on trying to be with aqua? Is that what hes saying here?
This episode kind of reminds me of Mushoku Tensi father day episode - How can they call Ep23 Reunion - that was not a reunion unless it happens next episode or at least starts too
Important to remember is that it's not just that it "didn't start with AI" for Ruby. It also "didn't start with AI" for Aqua. Aqua only started loving AI because of what she meant to Sarina. Ruby started becoming an Idol like AI because of her promise to Aqua. Honestly, I ship it, or at the very least prefer it over Akane, as long as Kana doesn't lose to Akane I am ok.
wrong, Sarina was an Ai fan before she got put in the hospital Ruby became an Idol thanks to those memories but Goro is a fan specifically because of Sarina
@@sdbzfan1 Almost. True, Sarina was a fan of Ai before she got put in the hospital, but it's Gorou who encouraged her to become an idol, herself. She says so in this episode.

Goro took care of her while no one stood by her side. I dont think she ACTUALLY LOVES Goro. For her he was the kind of who she could count on, someone she admires.
@entropy8634 well as someone who went through a deep depression after learning she lost Goro, the moment she knew Aqua was actually Goro, well our girl was already broke so imagine through how many emotions she went through. Not saying it's normal she kissed Aqua or something, but I want yall to understand that Ruby is the most vulnerable character here. Yes she DID something absurd, but at the same time I understand her

How dare they do this to ruby\٩(๑`^´๑)۶/
This is only the beginning 🎉
At 11:59, wdym by reminding him to go find his body?
At 16:33, what does he means by accept those feelings?
At 8:26, so ur saying akane’s giving away that warning to aqua because akane herself has given up on trying to be with aqua? Is that what hes saying here?
This episode kind of reminds me of Mushoku Tensi father day episode - How can they call Ep23 Reunion - that was not a reunion unless it happens next episode or at least starts too
The title of this video is diabolical 😅
Important to remember is that it's not just that it "didn't start with AI" for Ruby. It also "didn't start with AI" for Aqua. Aqua only started loving AI because of what she meant to Sarina. Ruby started becoming an Idol like AI because of her promise to Aqua.
Honestly, I ship it, or at the very least prefer it over Akane, as long as Kana doesn't lose to Akane I am ok.
wrong, Sarina was an Ai fan before she got put in the hospital
Ruby became an Idol thanks to those memories
but Goro is a fan specifically because of Sarina
So you're going to ship it even if there is 0 hints from Aqua? Aqua x Ruby makes no sense.
@@sdbzfan1 Almost. True, Sarina was a fan of Ai before she got put in the hospital, but it's Gorou who encouraged her to become an idol, herself. She says so in this episode.
@@deadline6149 Especially not biologically... 💀
3:30 personally i prefer Akane if it isn’t Ruby
i prefer Kana if Akane loses just no wincest please
Mr. Moralist 😂
Oh boy you going to be in for a surprise.
@@redmustangredmustang
no surprise, its literally not happening
@@HopelessAura756 what chapter have you read up to?
@@redmustangredmustang
up to date, its pretty obvious its not happening
Season started off slow but it's picked up after each episode.
Don't worry season 3 will be full throttle and LOT of Ruby.
It’s opening and I going in that ship
My condolescences.
You guys forgot one thing though. Sarina was a young girl of 12 years old who had no one besides her, she only had Goro, the doctor. Like imagine not EVEN HER PARENTS visited her. Goro took care of her while no one stood by her side. I dont think she ACTUALLY LOVES Goro. For her he was the kind of who she could count on, someone she admires.
She wanted to kiss him and marry him, idk bruh I don’t think that’s platonic lmfao
Yes she DID something absurd, but at the same time I understand her
I agree. She is expressing her affection to someone who stayed beside her as romantic feelings. She was and is too young to realize it's not proper romantic feelings.
@@pennyinheavenIt's not just about youth. She has never had, nor wanted, anything to compare to her relationship with Dr. Gorou/Aqua. He's been her everything, so she doesn't know how to form a romantic relationship with anyone else. Even those she could potentially form a romantic relationship wit, she only has a potential romantic interest in them because she projects Dr. Gorou/Aqua onto them. Idk if it's possible for her to actually find anyone else.
@@SIANAsWorldI agree. Ruby has the most interesting character journey in OnK. The moral greys she weighs in, & the things she does for Dr. Gorou/Aqua are chilling but you understand why she's like that, & her moral decline is kind of tragic. She's such a fascinating character.
Hell naw! They are blood siblings now. Twins even!

This episode is shit. In the manga Sarina had touched the right side of his face just before dying and Gorou cried. In the anime he’s emotionless 🤬 all this because of the biased anime director
bruh
kana won
@@Jesujej did Aqua marry her? Did he kiss her ? Read Nisekoi or Domekano. The girl MC likes # the girl he marries. SPOILER: There isn’t a single romantic moment between Aqua and Kana in 160 chapters. It’s always "Aqua likes her" but in reality : nothing ever happens. In chapter 161 he literally rejects romance with Kana to protect Ruby.
@@IinkcIick or maybe don't put any spoilers beyond chapter 77? you are not the only one here
@@IinkcIick I read Nisekoi and Domekano and I don't understand why you use them as an example. Aqua is in love with Kana almost from the very beginning to the end. The manga hasn't been fully released yet. But if Aqua ends up with a good ending, do you think he won't end up with Kana?
Aqua already knows Ruby is Sarina. He figured it out in episode 1.
he didn't figure it out, he says that Ruby being so passionate about Ai reminds him of Sarina, plus Ruby claimed to be an adult when Aqua asked her about her past life
No, he doesn't. He calls her Sarina and she wakes up and asks "Did you call me?", but he doesn't put it together and says "No, go back to sleep". Later in Kindergarten, he asks her how old she was when she was reincarnated (which he wouldn't if he knew she was Sarina) and she tells him she was a grown woman because she doesn't want him looking down on her.
@@originaldarkwater crazy how he didn't consider she lied 😂
@@S9staryu He can be forgiven since it's probably the only lie Ruby has told in her life.
