    I am telling u guys i have no idea it is 100% Japanese way to trim the salmon or not.
    I just want to share this way how to trim salmon normally most of sushi resturants in Korean and Australia uses

      숙성후 세척후사용하니 딱히 위생상문제는 없지만 원래대로라면 그렇게해야지요!! 저날은 뷔페특성상 필렛이아니라 생연어로 와서 한가할때 찍어본겁니다~ 첫영상이니 이쁘게봐주세요😂
