Black and white are today’s colors used in homes. So simple but yet elegantly designed! ❤️❤️

Well done, this is GORGEOUS. I'm a huge fan of third floor flex-spaces!! The back is PERFECT 😍 this is probably the best modern farmhouse I've seen.

I believe she said "beach house".

@@jacklynnmjackson2383 so? You don't see the exact similarities between this specific house and other modern farmhouses?

@jacklynnmjackson2383 she's in a beach location, which makes sense for her to call it a beach house. I don't think that's a complicated thing to see? Your comment was definitely not needed.

Beautiful!❤ i think this is my best neutral toned house. I gravitate towards colour but this caught my eye!

So common ! All the fast home trends, black and white theme ,black framed windows, white marble kitchen tops,...I feel each désigner is copying on each other ,such lack of creativity is amazing.

I disagree. Style is fun. We can all build on it, adding to the milieu with our own creativity in colors, textures, materials, shapes and juxtapositions. Is boucle on an Eames chair common? Is the I.M. Pei glass pyramid in the center of the Louvre common?

Like expensive Ikea vibes... Interestingly it looks like something someone would do on their own when being very cautious with design. It doesn't look bad but it also looks unfinished.
