Good to see you taking Mason on the auction trip. He will get some good experience going to the auctions with you that would take him years to learn or cost him some serious $$$ to learn otherwise.
Mason's getting a PHD in "auctionology" with Clint & dad. That's some knowledge to know!😁Next he'd get a list of items your looking for and let him run. He seem to be a great young long term prospect for your team.
Way to go Mason on NOT buying the creeper van ! Seriously tho can you imagine showing up to a girls house driving that ?! Anyway it’s great that you and your dad are showing him how auctions work. You guys are the best no matter what dirt perfect says.
Best part was having your dad with you and him having fun. Plus taking Mason was great so he's got a better idea what you do to keep the business going and him a job. Love auctions.
When I was 11 my dad died. I had my gramps and uncles to hunt with but my dad was an engineer and I needed to work with my hands and mind. My friends dad was that guy. Much love to him for letting us learn things that last a life time.
Clint your an excellent mentor for the boys they will definitely appreciate some day if not now. Also some of that equipment is a heartbeat away from the back row. Lol
Stay away from those 70’s vans, stay in the shop 😂😂 I’m surprised Mason came out un-scathed between you two instigaters😂😂 Great information Clint on the walk around, thanks for sharing!!👍🇺🇸
I love it when you find those rare worn out mistreated non greased and abused diamonds in the rough and report your findings at auctions together with your youtube cohorts.
Nice of you to bring Mason. Men those prices on old equipment like that Indian Jeep... If the price isn't right, don't buy it! You know more about that then all your subscribers. Nice video and thumbs up!
Great video, thank you for posting. We had a Massey-Ferguson 1505 new here in the U.K. back in the day, fitted with the Caterpillar 3208 636Ci V8 engine not a bad Tractor, however the Engine was probably not the best choice for a Farm Tractor application.
My brother in law still runs a 955 cat loader, his is a 1960 year with a 4 in one bucket. That old thing still fires right up and runs excellent, he’s owned it since 1990 or 91. Excellent old machine and most importantly no computer junk to fail.
I use to see that square body in Muncie about 4 or 5 years ago, it would come in to the transfer station about once a week. I think a contractor had it ,always pulling a trailer, looked real nice back then. Seen it on market place a few times, always in different places.
Clint when I see you with your dad it seems like the student has become the master. I know a bunch of Ole time operator's like your dad. Dying breed for sure.
So far behind on commenting after watching - great to see Mason learning about the auction process and the things to look for before even bidding. A couple of great teachers on hand as well.
Good to see Mason’s knowledge being expanded outside of the workshop. Would have to give him a better understanding of the business which is a great learning opportunity. Bet he learned a lot
Good to see Mason learning how the auctions operate. You win some and lose some. I thought your Dad might bid on on the old cat dozer. Thanks for the video
Free candy you say! Lol. You guys are my people. Good to see Mason out on the auction scene. Hopefully you got some upcoming content, but mostly stuff to sell.
Great video and was cool to see D6R with ripper sell becouse i personally have many hours on that machine. Was a good tractor a couple years ago when had 10,000 hrs.
Mason and that vandura! Don’t come a knockin when the van is a rokin! Some fuzzy dice on the rear view mirror and a little disco ball in back. The stories I could tell!!! Kids don’t know what they are missing!!!
Great video Clint and your correct i thought i had seen every ford box in those years but have never seen the one that hold a spare tire. First time for everything i guess and im 61 years old. Also here in Canada those drivers that drive those fleet trucks that don’t speak English we call them the new Canadians 😮😮😮! Scary drivers! They think snow blowing across the highway is white sand and maintain 70mph in all conditions… usually shreds of tp hanging on the driveshaft when they cut a hole in the floor boards…🤮
Absolutely love the auction videos. Watching you go through testing the equipment is educational. So cool to see Mason tagging along. You can see he looks up to you. Damn good video Clinton!
Thanks for another great video, Ive never even went to the local equipment auction, for one reason mainly is the same problem at this one, the stuff usually all needs just that right amount of irritating and expensive repair and the price ends right up there with a machine you can buy and bring it home and go to work with. I bought my JD 455E loader backhoe for $9500 and ended up with over 20k (no labor, I did all the work) I basically could have paid a delivery fee and got a machine that I could have hopped on and went to work. The best part about my deal is i have a perfect running/operating machine with a brand new UC thats basically worth what dollar value I have in it.
If Mason wants a 6.2L GM diesel I have 5 of them for sale. All conditions a complete rebuild to in a crate parts. I have pumps, starters, manifolds LL4 intakes (no egr) and all the equipment to work on them - timing meters, lumy probes setup gages the tool to mark the front cover for the injection pump. let me know!
Another very interesting video clip of the auction scene in the USA. Thanks for taking us with you Clint. I loved your comments about the Peterbilt with the Cummins under the hood, I'm exactly like you, if it had a Caterpillar under the hood, I also would have been a lot more interested in it, too. There's nothing like sitting behind a heart of gold and hearing the turbo whistle, especially when they start to work.
Can't believe I wasted almost 56 minutes on that video. Watching you all at an auction without buying anything is about as exciting as watching grass grow.
That thing @ 2:25 is a core aerator. The brand name is Plugger I belive, and were supposed to be the ne generation. It ha the sulky for riding along on big properties.
I have watched alot of your auction videos and have learned so much on what to look for when I go to look for a piece of equipment I really appreciate your videos .
Clint, don't be knocking the 6.2. I have 2 cucvs great plow trucks. My first new truck I bought was an 84 6.2 diesel 4x4 I loved it only down fall didn't have overdrive
Ahhh Clinton should have bought that Scoobie Do van for Kevin he could have lived in the yard ,never late for work 😅😅😅😅😅😅 Have a nice day Mate Kym Adelaide
At least that Deere @ 29:30 had a Werk-Brau bucket and maybe coupler. Quality stuff Don't be afraid of the Takeuchi track loaders(skid steer) as they are good and most like them
Great to see Mason being let out of the workshop !
Clint, I like the way you interact with Mason, like the way you treat him, like more than your employee, but a part of your family
@landonsmith1621 no Mason is not his son,his sons areTucker & Hunter.
It’s not his son but when you have kids in the shop you have to make sure they are safe. They don’t know as much as we do.
@@landonsmith1621 Mason is not one of Clint's sons, what's wrong with you, pay attention before making stupid statements
@@davidfarley1175 I didn't realize that Mason wasn't one of Clint's sons either, but then again I don't know each of the C&C folks' life stories.
When are you going to have the drawing for the tools ?
Good seeing Mason getting quality time with his second Dad and Grandpa, hope he learnt new things , hopefully what Not to buy .
The knowledge being passed to Mason. That is one lucky kid.
Way to go Mason on NOT buying the creeper van ! Seriously tho can you imagine showing up to a girls house driving that ?! Anyway it’s great that you and your dad are showing him how auctions work. You guys are the best no matter what dirt perfect says.
You and your Dad's interaction with Mason was just brilliant, it was like he was family. You both showed him respect, which he returned. 👍
The respect all around with everyone on this national TV show is legendary. 🥰
Best part was having your dad with you and him having fun. Plus taking Mason was great so he's got a better idea what you do to keep the business going and him a job. Love auctions.
Cal Kaufman one of the best auctioneers out there.
Clint i tip my hat to ya for being a great teacher and roll model to Mason, he will appreciate the experience you have shared for yrs 💖👍🇨🇦
These videos are my favourite. Going down the line at an auction with your dad
Glad you took Mason along his a young man,You and your Dad are best mentors
When I was 11 my dad died. I had my gramps and uncles to hunt with but my dad was an engineer and I needed to work with my hands and mind. My friends dad was that guy. Much love to him for letting us learn things that last a life time.
Biggest thing he thought us as kids if you touch my tools you put them back clean. If I find I missing or dirty tool the shop is locked.
Clint your an excellent mentor for the boys they will definitely appreciate some day if not now. Also some of that equipment is a heartbeat away from the back row. Lol
What's not to like... auction day, your Dad and Mason...would say that has the making of a fine day. Appreciate you taking us along with you.😎🇺🇸👍🚜😇
Stay away from those 70’s vans, stay in the shop 😂😂 I’m surprised Mason came out un-scathed between you two instigaters😂😂 Great information Clint on the walk around, thanks for sharing!!👍🇺🇸
Love the fact that you are letting your viewers learn what to look out for 👍
It's great to see what, and how you look at equipment.
I love it when you find those rare worn out mistreated non greased and abused diamonds in the rough and report your findings at auctions together with your youtube cohorts.
Like your mom
Great auction to have Mason along great video thanks Clint and dad and Mason
Nice of you to bring Mason. Men those prices on old equipment like that Indian Jeep... If the price isn't right, don't buy it! You know more about that then all your subscribers. Nice video and thumbs up!
That was fun! You're taking Mason to school and he gets to see what and why you buy at the auctions.
Great video, thank you for posting. We had a Massey-Ferguson 1505 new here in the U.K. back in the day, fitted with the Caterpillar 3208 636Ci V8 engine not a bad Tractor, however the Engine was probably not the best choice for a Farm Tractor application.

Oh boy, I do love some auction action.
👍👍👍👍 Glad Mason had a learning trip
I'm glad you took Mason with you.
I think it's great that you take your young employees out to see what you do to buy equipment.
Hats off to you.
That Ford truck bed was the same color as our 79 F150 4x4 that we bought brand new but I aint never seen one of those beds like that.
Great to see you guys get Mason involved!! 😀
Man if you could only get Mason to be quiet for awhile it would be great , LOL ! Cool experience for a young Man , really enjoyed the auction !
that yellow walk behind machine is a dethatcher, for dethatching lawns it has a set of rotating tines to rake the thatch from the lawn.
Nice job Clint you are a remarkable man
So glad you included Mason on this trip. He is such a help at the shop. He is part of the family. Have fun Mason!
Good for you , taking Mason to the Auction ,I believe it made his day.
Love the auction videos!
Thanks for sharing Clint. Found the numbers very interesting. Enjoyed hearing what your Dad had to say.
In my auction fever days, I used to take a bicycle. Could cover a lot of turf fast that way. Best auctions were rainy days in December.
Was good to see Mason tagging along as well as ya dad bro, shame there was nothing that followed you guys home though. Safe travels. Ken.
Great video and was cool to see D6R with ripper sell becouse i personally have many hours on that machine. Was a good tractor a couple years ago when had 10,000 hrs.

Squarebody LS swap!
I always enjoy the auction videos
That could also be a sod cutter on closer inspection. Looks identical to a Plugger

I have watched alot of your auction videos and have learned so much on what to look for when I go to look for a piece of equipment I really appreciate your videos .
The underbidder is the most important person at an auction. They set the prices!
GOOD LUCK GET SOME TOYS!
Greatr video!! Also good to see Mason got to tag along with you guys.
Glad to see Mason at an action with you!
Good auction no room for resale 👍🏻🇺🇲
Clint: “I bet that gets worse when it gets warm”. Me: yeah, wait until you drain the GL 140 from the crankcase and change the oil! 😂😂😂
Lots of equipment Clint but I guess nothing for you this trip. Still nice to see all the offerings and hear your assessment.
Great Video Clint, would like to see more of those.

Was expecting the same.
