E-collar Pros/Cons, Dos/Don't Part 2

Part 2: been asked to do a video on e-collars for years, but have refrained from doing one because if I'm going to talk to someone about e-collars I like to be face-to-face. I want to be sure I'm getting the information I feel is important conveyed properly. However, I decided it was better to have this information out on how I use an e-collar than to not have it out at all. So I hope you gain some information and knowledge on e-collar usage from the video. And I think it is very important to watch both videos, so please watch 1 and 2.
