Nice to meet you, this is the second video of yours that I've watched. I subscribed after the first one. You're a better man than I because I would never be able to share as much about my family and life as you have. God bless you and your family. You seem to be a very good, moral and courageous family man. Keep it up.
Thanks, that's so kind of you to say. 😊 Yeah I thought that, but what the hell! I think my Mom would approve, she told it like it was even if you didn't want to hear it. Hey I hope I still have a few good years above ground so we have a lot to do to give back! Thanks Theme for your kind words.
I really enjoyed your journey down memory lane. It was making me reflect on my own journey through life. Your mom was a special woman as well as yourself. Might be the first time watching a UA-cam video that was an hour long. You kept my attention the whole way through. Thanks for sharing. ❤
What a beautiful and loving tribute to your mom! Reminds me of some of the stories my hubby shares about his mom. Wish I could have met her, she too was an amazing, strong, loving woman. Glad I found your channel. Watched this after I saw your bandsaw video. I teach stagecraft, so I'm always looking for videos to share with my students that show other folks doing the same things they're learning in shop. Reinforcement and variations on explanation help them solidify the information.
Thank you so much! You stumped me there with Stagecraft, I had to look it up and I should know this, I did take 2 years of drama in high school. lol Thanks for your kind words, yeah she was a really strong woman and not by choice. She was the type of woman that just dealt with life no matter what came at her the good bad and ugly! I'm glad you enjoyed the stories.
I appreciate your willingness to share your personal journey and your mother. She had to be a strong woman to carry all of you financially and still continue to laugh about it. I haven't been through all your videos yet, but after I view your videos, I'll return and share what I'd like to see. I'm 67 yo and I also love DIY projects. I have a garage full of tools and I go to Harbor Freight almost weekly! I would have loved to take shop in high school, but they made me take home ec instead. :(. Now, UA-cam is my teacher and I watch videos until I feel confident to attack a project. I love projects!!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Yeah she was a damn strong woman and even as a bratty teenager I knew my Mom was special. Hope to be able to help out you and many more DIYers and piss off the so called pros. I gotta have some fun in retirement! Thank you again!
