Loves is now also providing what they call RV parks now, I wouldn’t travel to one just to visit that but if you travel and come across one its another option to stay at if you need hook ups and they are still close to the services of the truck stop too w/o having to be parked in the middle of all the action of the truck stop. Also we loved the app and 10cent off as well, but we found out not all the Loves always have that applying, we thought that was odd, but hey it is what it is… Thanks for this video and sharing, we stopped at all you mentioned BUT a Buc-ee’s.
I did not know that about Loves. I’ll be on the look out and give one a try. I see on the website that they are like an RV park with fresh water and dump at each parking site in addition to WiFi and shore power. Cool! If you haven’t been to buc-ees you need to experience it. Hi! We have insulated shades for the front and a curtain to divide cab from house. We will be purchasing additional insulated shades for the cab as we know they will help keep the van warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They will be a game changer. Thanks for the tip!
Our van has tank heaters and our batteries are inside so they stay warm with the house heater. We can use everything except fresh water when we winterize while camping which is nice. We have slept in the rig at -7 and survived! We could only get the van to 60 degrees so we know insulated shades will improve that! Your van is a beast keeping you safe and warm in those LOW temps! Impressive!
And we too are fans of Cracker Barrel! We have stayed at a number! Easy, safe, convenient! Haven’t tried Wal-Mart yet … a couple we looked into didn’t allow it.

I'm surprised that there's no loyalty program. I've heard of truckers giving showers away, cause they have too many on their app.

Wondering if you wipe door knobs off before you use them?
I’m assuming you mean the showers and no but I use a paper towel or wash cloth to open the door myself. Now Wade says he’ll do that in the future so thank you for the tip! 😉 FYI I do wipe down doorknobs in our van frequently and when staying at hotels. I’m a bit of a freak. 😅 Thanks for watching!
You look kind of exposed in the evening
Hi … if you are saying it looks unsafe … I use to think it was unsafe too but they are well lit with a good amount of traffic and friendly staff. Very similar feel to staying overnight at a Cracker Barrel or Walmart. I do feel better when doors are locked, windows are shut and blinds are drawn. If we had seen anything that made us uncomfortable we wouldn’t have stayed. One of the great things about our van is that if we ever just want to leave … we can just move to the drivers seat and go. We don’t have to go outside. I totally understand your opinion. Safety first! Thanks for watching!
