@@evamanetti4959 if ur not already advanced flexible person, ITS İMPOSSIBLE TO DO MİDDLE SPLIT IN JUST 1 WEEK. u cant do that pose even in 1 month. ı had been working on full split for 3 months when ı completely did sit on the ground😧😧

For someone who has never gotten their full middle split do you recommend doing this 7 days a week? Or should I be taking rest days? I’m feeling pretty sore after doing this twice and I’m wondering if I should push through it or rest
Question: when rolling up during stradle, is there an alternative/modification to rolling up of you're not fully stradled? Or is there a way to build into rolling up?
I’m working on increasing my hip flexibility. I hope being consistent will pay off. I just tried this today and I’m very tight. I can barely open to 90 degrees my legs. The last few movements were impossible for me. Any advice on incremental improving my range of motion?
Your consistency will pay off. That is, in fact, the only way to do it. You may need to modify with blocks and just sit in the pose calmly., longer. Have you ever tried a yin yoga class? Before you give this class do you warm up ???? Do you expect everyone being flexible like you and giving this kind of stretching??? I'm advanced and doing this video purely because I can't be bothered to use my own brain to think, but, yes a pre-requisite would be good. Most beginners I would expect would search for "beginner middle splits stretches"
I understand what your saying but you just need to ajusted the positions with your level . And if you dont know maybe check beginner videos ? And yes you need to warm up your body its more easy after for the stretching part !
Try Yoga with Adrienne! I was not flexible for a long time. It took years of practicing beginner yoga so I didn’t strain myself. This stuff seems intermediate to advanced 🙏

Yes! Start with a bunch of blocks or bolsters under your booty. Try this and LMK if it helps. Otherwise we can figure out something else.
