    Wow. This was difficult for me but I completed it! This year my resolution is to become more flexible for my health! Will definitely be implementing this video into my regular routine. I feel great!

    I have both side splits down, which I've been able to for a long time. I've made it a new goal to get my middle splits. It's my second day doing this video. Thanks for the easy walk through! These side lunges are killers!

      @@evamanetti4959 if ur not already advanced flexible person, ITS İMPOSSIBLE TO DO MİDDLE SPLIT IN JUST 1 WEEK. u cant do that pose even in 1 month. ı had been working on full split for 3 months when ı completely did sit on the ground😧😧

    My legs were literally shaking after this 😭😭. I can't do the roll ups, but I hope I'll be able to do them soon.

    For someone who has never gotten their full middle split do you recommend doing this 7 days a week? Or should I be taking rest days? I’m feeling pretty sore after doing this twice and I’m wondering if I should push through it or rest

    Question: when rolling up during stradle, is there an alternative/modification to rolling up of you're not fully stradled? Or is there a way to build into rolling up?

      Yes! Start with a bunch of blocks or bolsters under your booty. Try this and LMK if it helps. Otherwise we can figure out something else.

    How are you supposed to roll up? I wan very unable to do this, but I almost have my middle splits so maybe it’s a muscle issue? I don’t really know

    I’m working on increasing my hip flexibility. I hope being consistent will pay off. I just tried this today and I’m very tight. I can barely open to 90 degrees my legs. The last few movements were impossible for me. Any advice on incremental improving my range of motion?

      Your consistency will pay off. That is, in fact, the only way to do it. You may need to modify with blocks and just sit in the pose calmly., longer. Have you ever tried a yin yoga class? You may benefit from the longer holds there with less intensity.

    Before you give this class do you warm up ???? Do you expect everyone being flexible like you and giving this kind of stretching??? Imagine someone is just starting sport and stretching first thing turn off your video ???? i really think that you should specify and make the moves acoording the people you want to reach ????? i mean don’t get me wrong what you are doing amazing but waaaaaayyy advance .. and how many advanced people watc this video ??? I don’t know

      I'm advanced and doing this video purely because I can't be bothered to use my own brain to think, but, yes a pre-requisite would be good. Most beginners I would expect would search for "beginner middle splits stretches"

      I understand what your saying but you just need to ajusted the positions with your level . And if you dont know maybe check beginner videos ? And yes you need to warm up your body its more easy after for the stretching part !

      Try Yoga with Adrienne! I was not flexible for a long time. It took years of practicing beginner yoga so I didn’t strain myself. This stuff seems intermediate to advanced 🙏
