nope sucrose will be better support bcoz sucrose gives elementary mastery which is much better than elemental damage from kazhua for melt , though there is no confirmation.

Let's consider EM build. Say I have about 550 EM so Kazuha will give 22% elemental bonus..which doesn't seem much..while Sucrose shares 160 EM with that.. So by just the look of it Kazuha will probably gets buffed again, probably. Right? He loses too much support capability against sucrose..
head's up, though i'm not sure if you already know this: if you use sucrose's ult, her burst will be the one to break the first layer of mona's burst i think, so don't use it?
