Amazing tradition. This Palace is huge it looks like an airport terminal in the entrance. Feeding the whole inhabitants for 3 days? Unbelievable, amazing country it looks very peaceful 😂😂😂
The Prophet said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi) As a king of a Muslim country, I guess he just has to set himself as an example of a good leader and practice Islam. U have no idea what charity he has given to my niece since her operation on removing a brain tumor. My niece is 8 now. He's been giving $1000 once a year for kids patients of cancer (and that's one of the many groups) for many years. My niece got that amount every year since she was only little. The people seem to be very kind and welcoming to foreigners not to mention how beautiful their country looks 🕌. And how many royals are generous enough to let the public tour their home AND offer them a free meal (which looks delicious!!!!😋)? Seems like a pretty special place to live in. Hope someday I'll be fortunate enough to get to see 😊

Nice vedio🌟🌟🌟🌟
For your information, the elderly sometimes received about $300 as a gift from the royal family when you visit the Palace just like my grandparents, each of them got $300.Thank you so much for uploading this video to show the wonderful side of Brunei, the Royal Family and recording your experience as a tourist from Canada. I hope you'll visit Brunei again in the future😊.
What an amazing day you kids had at the palace. I can only imagine the excitement to attend such a once in a lifetime event. I loved the video and send thanks for sharing this awesome video. Beautiful work.

@@EileenAldis my sister youre great and exciting.... Congratulations on your life travel
That's cool. This video probably is one of my favourite unboxing videos about souvenir. I like it. Happy 2019 to you guys.
I visited Brunei for 2 days in 1998 as a backpacker. Brunei people are very friendly. Only issue to me is no nightlife in the entire country. I did visit the palace from backside (outside the fence) and managed to chat with a Nepal Gurkha guard.
This video is very late for Hari Raya as we will celebrating Hari Raya for 2019 on early of June, but it is an amazing video. Full of excitement and happiness. I can feel your joy meeting Royal Families. I am from Malaysia and I wish that I have opportunity to visit Brunei one day. Wish you guys have a pleasant travel.

Hi there Eileen, I like how you both always seem to smile in and love whatever you're doing. Hope you enjoyed and had a pleasant time in Brunei!
Loving the editing and soundtrack. Your expression of pure joy is contagious and got me smiling through the whole video! I'm so glad you guys had a wonderful time at the palace and Brunei on a whole. Did you guys planned to be here during Hari Raya just for the open palace?
I think it was an arranged tour for them, She proudly say "The Queen even stopped the line to speak with me".
atinis It is not an arranged tour. This happens every year and anyone can go. And the Queen is always keen when she meets a foreigner in line and will always ask them a few questions. Don’t assume if you really haven’t done research about it.
@@marul69 OK then reply to her when she said the queen stopped the line just to talk to her, tell her it's done to all foreigners
@@artisthusnatalal3099 I don't need to, I'm sure she can read herself. Also, I didn't say it happens to all foreigners did I? If you greet the Queen and introduced yourself she will respond. So yes she has the right to feel special if the Queen decides to hold the line to chat with her a bit.
It felt nice to actually watch the whole video with her enthusiasm and positivity. Sekali membaca komen kamu, timbul tarus negative vibenya 🤣
WOW! What a fabulous opportunity. Thanks for taking us along to the royal palace. Really cool that you
met the queen and that she took time to speak to you. I hope she gets to watch this video too!!!!
A beautiful video from a beautiful, warm & happy couple! Nicely edited & produced. I am glad you had a wonderful close-up of the Hari Raya celebration here in Brunei, as well as visiting the Palace and meet the Royal family.. 🙂👍

Im from Malaysia and willing to go to Brunei one day and make some friends there.. what Ive heard from my friends who have had been there, every Bruneian will have at least a picture of their Sultan in their house which means they love their king coz of warm and fair treats for the nation. thats a "wow" story. Love Brunei from Malaysia

Insha Allah !
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Greetings to you in India :)
WOW!!! Brunei looks like an awesome place to visit. I'm gonna put that on my bucket list. Seems like a very friendly place to visit. The people seem to be very kind and welcoming to foreigners not to mention how beautiful their country looks 🕌. And how many royals are generous enough to let the public tour their home AND offer them a free meal (which looks delicious!!!!😋)? Seems like a pretty special place to live in. Hope someday I'll be fortunate enough to get to see 😊
Hi Crissy! Yes, we found people very kind and welcoming and really enjoyed our visit :)
Dont forget all the airfare promo to Brunei. Raya falls on the 3rd or 4th of June this year. The palace is set to open to public from 4/5th June for 3 days
Do make sure when you come here, couchsurfing method should be the best :)
Sungguh Negara yg di berkahi Tuhan. Yg saya takjub luar biasa Raja & istana mampu menyediakan, menyiapkan konsumsi makanan , hidangan sebegitu banyak orang. Maju& senantiasa di berkahi Alloh SWT lah Raja & Rakyatnya BERUNAI DARUSSALAM.

Everyone thought it was a great honor…Even those from other countries! The women dressed in their best! The men all nervous!
I felt disappointed not to see the ROYALS…But PLEASED to share all the EXCITEMENT of the event! Happy to see the KING in the photo!!
