The sultan has inherited the wealth and the land is naturally blessed with oil, so he enjoys it and we don't see many so called rich countries ready to offer free education, health care to its citizens and impose 0% income tax. My definition of a rich country is that its people are wealthy from developing the country independently instead of relying on public funds from their leaders. Brunei is said to be a wealthy country only because the Sultan is rich, not the people.

But the United Kingdom is a constitutional monarchy that operates as a unitary parliamentary democracy where its citizens have freedom of speech. Without liberty, people would not be able to do things that unique to their personality. They would not be able to say things that they believed to be true or to protest against something that is wrong. Trials would be unfair and based on bias.
People always talk about his lifestyle, his house, his wealth, how many cars he owned, and always mock him because of the money he earns. But rarely people talk about charity he does. Every year in a specific month, he will do charity to underprivilaged people, $1000 per person, usually to 20,000 people. You can search this in Brunei newspaper. To sum it all up, that is around BND 20 million (approx USD15mil). During Ramadhan, people of Brunei will come to his palace for 14days to pray, taraweeh. Each night limited to 10,000 civilians, plus around 1000 goverment workers. Each will be given BND 10 per person. Sum all up for 14 days will be, BND 1.5 million (USD 1.12Mil). Before it was unlimited and can reach up to more than 50,000 visitors a night for 30 days straight and can reach an amount of BND 15 million in one month. During festive season (Hari Raya Aidilfitri), he will invite everyone, citizens or foreigner to his palace. This will be happening for 4 days straight, morning and afternoon session. Each day there will be more than 20,000 visitor coming. Children below 12 years of age will be given BND 5. Half of the visitors are people below 12 years of age, approx in 4 days, he give BND 200,000 to children (USD 150,000). The sultan spend his own money to cater a newborn child in Brunei with free diapers for one year. In one year birth rate of Brunei produces approx around 6000 newborn. Each newborn will receive 4 pack of diapers per month, 1 pack would cost BND 10. Times is by 6000 newborn for 4 packs for 12 months will be BND 2.88 million a year. For point 1,2 and 3 is happening in 2 months span. In just 2 months, the Sultan share his wealth up to BND 21.7 million (approx USD 17 million). His charity will be much more if i add in his another charity of Aidiladha an other charity event, and i am only counting the dollar and not including the foods and drink the sultan is providing during the events. And this is all an annual event.

@@mikyblueeyes3155 why would his wealth belong to the people? Brunei is an absolute monarchy, the Sultan OWNS Brunei. The money that he's giving away is his money. I bet your country doesn't even give any of the things that the Sultan gave to his people for free right? Can you tell me why?
@yusofahmad50 …do explain how is it like a drop of water?
@@yusofahmad50 dfym, he pays zakat to fakir miskin (pays charity to the poor because of islam)
DAULAT TUANKU !
BRAVO & CONGRATULATIONS TO DYMM SULTAN HASSANAL BOLKIAH BRUNEI BECAUSE TUANKU ARE THE GREAT KING & FANTASTIC. NO WONDER BRUNEI VERY SUCCESSFUL & BOOM
IN THE WORLD
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Brunei Darussalam is a beautiful "green" and peaceful country
The Sultan of Brunei was born to be a King.🌹❤️
He is leading a life of luxury.
Most importantly, he has been able to place his country on the international stage as the most beautiful place as a tourist destination and an attractive environment for foreign indirect investment.
I do not know him, but I love what he is doing. Great country and prosper.
YOUR VOICE IS IMPRESSIVE
I pray to The All Mighty Allah! for the Sultan of Brunei for his good health.
Jajak Allahu Khairan !!!
@zahir2023: you don't even know Arabic
I have been there it is a lovely country where the sultan looks after his people very well.
Should spend money on business, military, hospital and build his economy in these times
I just work here in brunei for 3 months but surprise me is still thre is local people work in low level such a cleaning service, gaz station which i never find in UAE or Qatar....
“Better to get paid than just doing nothing” because thats all a halal(“in muslim context”) by all means. Thats normal but most importantly, the well-being or gap between rich and poor. Not even poor locals/foreigner have a record history been starved at the street of brunei due to generous government
I am proud to be a Bruneian
Me and my friends sent letters to him. Happiest times of our lives.
Matthew 16:26 "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?"
“what he gains when he live will be for the benefits to who he’ll leave. “ Nobody.
What does this comment mean?
Brunei is not christian
A minority is
OMG the Narrative was repeated like a thousand times... Why? to break the 20min mark? was good in the beginning and it went south so fast...
at time 6:47 the name was mentioned incorrectly, Not Rani Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit. The correct one is Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Damit
.
Enjoy your heavenly earth while you still can..
this country is good i been there for 4 years , the problem there is the chinese employer lot of them don't follow the labor law.
Everyone will live a luxury life if someone can use the wealth of the nation as his/her personal wealth .. Gulf countries are some other expamle where the ruler Amir's use the national wealth as their personal wealth ..
This kind of Leader is more actions and less talk. Indeed a very good and strong leader.
I hope I will visit this country in near future time
RESPEKT СУЛТАНУ БРУНЕЯ !!!👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️
He has special links with some UFOs, it comes to him secretly then he travels secretly!
But why country with riches royal family can't make their own country modern like U.K, Japan, Singapore, etc. 🤔.
@fahvm4362 Every country got their own “2035 vision(brunei)” and country like brunei is amongst youngest(ASEAN) gaining their independent 39 years ago. Never seen any country so called modern just less than 10-20 years and quotes me wrong that even the “rome isn’t built just overnight”. Brunei just got their own vision and a lot of modern access here as well such as free from homeless/beggar, highway tol. BFI industry, hydrogen, methanol? USD1.3 billion SOAS seabridge and all that amazingly fully 100% funded by brunei own and most importantly, brunei is a non-borrowing/ debts from foreign creditor what made brunei world “underrated”.
Brunei isn’t like others and most definitely best define of the country “just don’t get broke, just to make you look rich”
Sultan of Brunri already give his citizens mostly free facilties..not like other countries in the world even Oman but even Brunei is small country the people of Brunei still have some living poor .
Poor to extreme poverty(beggar, homeless slept at street) but None can prove up until 2024 that brunei got 0 cases of homelessness quite underrated
I wanna be a Sultan too..can be ? 😂...May Allah bless Sultan Bolkiah and His Family forever...aameen.
It is not true that Michael Jackson (or Whitney Houston) performed at the wedding of the Sultan's daughter. Michael performed at the celebrations when His Majesty turned 50 years old.
.
At time 6:58 again, He wrongly mention His 1st wife ; Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah. This is the name of his Daughter. and the picture he used is wrong again, that was the picture of his second wife. The correct name of sultan's 1st Wife is Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha. My God !!! this is embarassing.
i was gonna say!… bisai pulang sudah video ani tapi ada tepeleot sikit. hehehe
then the last wife that also divorced not been mentioned, have 2 children with Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah
Proud of Malay King.. MAGNIFICENT BRUNEI
More power to the Sultan of Brunei. Mike from Japan
I love brunei sulthan!.
I meet oneday inshallah Brunei sulthan from india
The irony of life. Nobody can live forever. The end for human is the same - to the grave. Death does not respect your status and wealth means nothing to death. Of course we all dream of good life but if wealth made us fearful of death, it doesn't seem to be a good life to me. I want to be rich and not being afraid of death or my security
Agree...smart comment i like very much
Beautiful thank you very much for providing us beautiful video
My friend's son an Australian is the best friend of Prince Malik. they went to school together.
When the teacher says you need to have 40,000 words to pass this class😂
Please keep all the wealth & pomp & circumstance, I am happy to eke out a quiet & meaningful existence with Nature.
I've just learned of 🇧🇳 beautiful place it would be lovely to see Happy Father's day ❤️👋🤗
He is a perfect man on Earth, riches, women, cars, all expensive & power. What can you ask more?
You did not mentioned any of his hidden ways to travel.
Thanks to the video. Jealous eyes is watching the Sultan kindess and humble.
Semoga dipanjangkan umor sultan Brunéi... inn shaa Allah...
Insyaallah amin yaraballalamin 🤲😊😊😊
Beatiful Brunei end pipols.
Sultan end Sultan good Sultan . Respect !❤❤❤
During Hariraya i got opportunity to visit palace and the Queens
Daulat Tuanku.. Long live the king
Why did you show the Ferrari F50, when you mentioned the "the Ferrari Enzo"(actually called "Enzo Ferrari")
Well, thank you for producing the video over again btw.
No wonder he made the country of Brunei Darussalam rich as its 2023 Gdp ppp per capita income stood at USD75,580(IMF official). The only richest nations with no stock exchange and $0 debts from world creditor represented from asian nation ruled by this leader quite amazing
@tonidinh7539 so have you ever been to the country? Yes or No?
Hahaha wealth circulates. Dont expect his great grand children to be wealthy.
@silvarajoomuniandy4316 why did you think that way? as Brunei got large investment(on domestic’s man made island ) that cost multi- billion dollar joint venture project with giant East Asia for the brighter future so that’ll automatically pass to new great children. Brunei got ambition im telling you
@@haleemlim5894 , I think I am going to this country at the end of the year to see for myself, whether the locals are living well.
@judymckee5992 Sounds great!. you’re most welcome to these tiny kingdom of unexpected treasure. You will be amaze with the scene of this 71% untouchable pristine tropical rainforest’s of the country and the view from the flight of 29k free lots of lands(+modern housing at all districts💯 Hope you enjoy on december👍🏻
The video is a bit long winded and there is no mention of the Jerudong Istana. The palace he built for his second wife in 1985.
I feel like I'm listening to Jim Carrey, idk why XD
His majesty doesnt have any jets, he got boeings. 😎
u can close your eyes and imagine the narrator’s voice, with a scotch on his hand while doing the Rock’s eyebrow
God bless the Sultan and their families and the people of Brunei Darussalam.
Negara paling aman d dunia
Tak rakyat hidup miskin
Sebab mengamalkan cara hidup islam
His eyes said that he liked to eat coffee.
the accuracy of this information of this video is doubtful..
It's still sad that when he dies, he still won't be able to bring all his expensive cars and riches to the world beyond life. He will still be stripped naked and simple just like the rest of us.
yeah bcs u envy dont have it like the sultan things
he’ll be leaving everything he has and owned for the ones he left. don’t worry. 😉
Obviously he knows whats “day after” as he as a leader carried out his share/deeds/ responsibility to make sure his people’s well-being equally distributed amongst everyone deserve respect that not publish by mainstream media/channel. At the end of the day, his name will be remmbered as a great greatest grandson(prophet) the founder of Boni- poni or present Brunei Darussalam
There is nothing wrong with being wealthy. It how you use those wealth and power for the sake of Allah what matter. So far he did well as the leader of his country and his people approved it.
MasyaAllah...Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh Tuan Sultan...Sehat & Bahagia Selalu Bersama Keluarga Aamiin YRA.
God bless people of Brunei
i don't think it was stated in the video but is he a monarch?
I love my sultan brunei darussalam🇧🇳..... you foreign countries don't need to be busy with our country brunei darussam we already feel safe and peaceful living peacefully in our country
Brunei or Bunian🤔🤔🙄🤭🤭😂🤣😂🤣
Long Live The King!...Ampun Tuanku
Hope i can visit Brunei and meet the Sultan and her Queen of Brunei
IF a government is lead by a Muslim king and the Islamic scholars are behind him. Trust me that country will be blessed by Allah SWT and everyone will have a peaceful lives. Thats what Malaysia dont have right now. We have to go back to Islam way of life to receive Allah SWT blessings. Congratulations to the King and people of Brunei.
No Americans visit except for me. I am a Christian and I love Brunei. We visit every yr for the last 10 yrs. I wished they would let me retire there, but immigration is not allowed
Its like the software reading a script
Brunei was the origin of the name Borneo. In the past, the region from Brunei to the Philippines. Until Spain came to destroy the Wijaya (Visayas), Amanilah (Manila) Sulu (Moro) civilization in the Philippines. Since the war against the Spanish invasion, Brunei was willing to lose its territory in the Philippines. Brunei is the oldest kingdom that still survives. Until now, Brunei is a blessed country.
I think you guys mentioned his cars like 50 times
Plus other things that are repeated a thousand times......Very poor coverage !
Thank you for sharing!..
the word luxurious or luxury is repeated 10x. thats how this video is presented
90% of drone videos were copied from my channel. Thank you for coping my videos!
Allahuma sholly Alla sayyidina Muhammad wa ala sayyidina Muhammad
So, is he rich and does he have a huge car collection and travel secretly with a big entourage? I can’t remember…🤔🧐🤔🧐🤔🧐🤓
It seems fashionable to attack this man. I lived in Brunei for 9 years very happily. He is a monarch who deserves some respect. You seem to know very little about the nation and as an American, probably never been there or anywhere outside yr own nation. Leave it be, it is a beautiful country and has a leader of integrity.
... enjoy it while it last !!!
Looks are deceptive! Alice in wonderland
