We used to go to a restaurant about 30 years ago somewhere in Albuquerque that was awesome. It was Mexican food and it was packed with a long line every time we went there. I can't recall the name or even where it was. I may try to finf it some day if I ever get back there... And I owned a Mexican food restaurant in Hobbs NM back in the 80's. I opened it and ran it for a year and sold it for a huge amount of money. Done right, Mexican food can make you a fortune!!!

Casa de benavidas and cervantes are super good! Enchiladas at casa de benavidas and stuffed Sopapillas at cervantes.
My only peeve with Duran's is no fried papas.. boiled potatoe....
