    Omg! What a great idea to preserve those beautiful swirls. It's disappointing when your perfectly soft swirls harden and you literally have to scrape the butter to use it. Thanks, Dora. You're a creative whiz.

      Great idea. I thought the same thing. but tiny color balls still remained - no matter how much I blend, whip, pulse, grind, etc.

    I found the best temp of the murumuru butter before adding the coconut was around 90ish F. Whipped up super fluffy.

      That's bc the intro was filmed with audio as well. The rest of the video has voice over.

    That darn stick whisk!!! Thank you for addressing that. I love the immersion blender, but the whisk tricked me into thinking the whole thing was garbage. Off to find a hand blender! It's often too much mess to pour everything into and out of a ninja blender.

      The immersion blender has never failed me (I still have 3 of them), but the whisk attachment ALWAYS breaks... eventually.

      It’s astounding that people do this…. I was looking on my YT studio & clicked on “copyrights” & was blown away how many people are just straight up publishing my videos with my face & everything - as their own!! Take my ideas, use my recipes, copy projects to make your own, but don’t highjack my video as yours!

    Doesn't work.
    I made two separate batches, and it didn't look like the video. Just melted immediately and never hardened.

      Sorry to hear you're having issues. You need to add a hardener. I recommend stearic acid
