If the troles have been harassing the apartment for 6 years and nothing happened (in his words, the apartment manager loved him), they either changed hands, was Methica yelling at everyone, or the troles. My money is on Methica still.

He claims the apartment came under new ownership that "wasn't told about the situation". So... by "the situation" he means himself.
