Downfall - Trailer.

Downfall is an Oscar nominated 2004 German / Austrian drama film depicting the final twelve days of Adolf Hitler in his Berlin bunker and Nazi Germany in 1945, directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel. Its a very dramatic and powerfull piece even though in German. The film stars Bruno Ganz, Alexandra Maria Lara and Juliane Köhler.

I saw the Bruno Ganz parodies way before I actually saw this movie. This is absolutely one of the greatest movies ever made! The parodies are hilarious, but this movie is very serious, and everyone who was in it did a great job portraying the horrors of being involved in this dark moment of our history.
