as for the souljades. Every Epic+ Souljade now gives the effect + a random stat bonus effect to it, so the game lets you get the stat focus build while not preventing you from having the utility attack souljades and whatnot. Plus some of the newely added souljades are insanely fun to use (like a teleport grapple when grappling someone with a hook)
It's not that the map is bigger, the map is designed differently and you're in a location that lets you see pretty much the whole map thanks to its height.
