Recently bought one. Without flexi shaft, excellent demonstration. Beautiful narration and accent! Thank you!
Thank you for an all-encompassing well presented description of not just the unit itself but the general principles and what goes on around the concept.
Thank you for what you do Sir. Your sharing of your knowledge and experience says a lot to who you are.
Your selfless endeavors are not to be criticized as they come to me free and of quality worthy of respect and due.
I begrudge you not for any recompense received for valued service rendered.
Again thank you Sir for all you do. Respectfully, Greg.
Good review with hints and tips.I mount my small motors on boards the same as you to mount them on folding work benches, clamp them in the wooden jaws, and store them away when finished.
Great video thank you for sharing your knowledge.
30 years an engineer secures my decision of what to purchase.
Excellent job, appreciate your support. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another very comprehensive video that answers any questions - Many thanks Steve
Another good video Steve. I have no problem with you doing product demos. I like seeing how the new tools are being used. I have made purchases based upon your reviews.
Great video Steve.. You leave me with no questions to ask, which is a pleasant change from a lot of You Tubers equipment reviews. So far, this looks like the best of the sensibly priced mini bench grinder/polishers. Many thanks..
Another cracking video I’ve watched slowly getting through them thanks for the attention to detail Steve thoroughly enjoy your channel that leans towards us small lathe owners god bless
Thank you for a great video very informative, with some fantastic tips, I have bought a similar buffer to yours recently, again I have mine on a board like yourself only I clamp the board/ buffer to my bench using to small L clamps works great.
Thanks again
Sam
I just got this one today. I stumbled on your video by mistake. Wasn’t looking for the lathe. But thank you for the information.
Great video Steve, looks like a stout little polisher! Cheers, Doug
God bless you well done
Very helpful
Great review
Love the chickens in the background.
Great video
I've been waiting like a puppy for your promised video of your shop made radius cutter/ball turner for the "Chinese Lathe". I've also been purchasing some of your recommended tools and products as I find your reviews interesting in light of your machining experience. I think that a lot of viewers like me trust you, and I know that you're aware of how important that is.
Hi Jeffrey, I will get round to it at some point. Did you make the first part how I explained in the first video? All that is very straight forward. Its the insert holder part that takes a bit of time.
I've been looking at Part # 4836 at Little Machine Shop . com; it's a T slot compound rest top for $35.82US. Together with a new gib strip this seems like a good way to go. What are your thoughts? Thankyou for your consideration.
Excellent review thanks. Just bought one.
Good video . I need one of them for sure!.
Thanks a lot
Steve,
If you had a skirt underneath the grinder that was larger than the vice as well as the piece that clamps in the vice it would sit properly on a flat surface as well.
Mike
Great quality .. mega run out on the mandrels
They are dead easy to true up. I had to true up the ones on my Cruesen as well so its no big issue.
bravo
I was trying to figure out if you were Australian or English, then you pulled out an Aussie plug with a UK adaptor.
Hello, it seems to be also much quieter, isn´t it?
Which wheel is best for pits and dents on a watch case please?
Where is the buffing compound link?
The white wheel is for finish. The yellow for rough work. That is what all the normal wheels are.
Hello. Can you give link on compaunds?
Thanks, Steve. Why are the polishing wheels so small? How big could they be?
I suppose you could put bigger diameter ones on, but I found the ones that came with it to be good.
I like it but if it is 220V then I can not use it. Is there not a 110V version?
Why did you acquire adapter for flex shaft attachment? Does it not attach to grinder unless you get the adapter? Not a frequent tool user so having a hard time figuring out how to attach the flex shaft to the grinder end of it.
Thanks sir 100% important for jwellers goldsmith
sir ,,,,,what is the cost of this total units.
Excuse me is normal for this machine to have like a bump sound when you turn it on? Like it goes bomm sorry I can't explain myself ready well.
Why not a Dremel 4000?
👍👍
Hi. Do you have a link to the seller for the polish compound. Great video by the way. Regards kevin

what is the horse power of the first motor ??
Hi do you have a link to buy the flexible shaft adaptor that goes onto the spindle to enable me to attach the flexible shaft. tx
Hi Vicky I have searched the Banggood site but can't find the listing. Mine actually came with the flexible shaft when I bought it. I have recently bought another polisher but there wasn't one included in that set. You may be able to find one on eBay. If I find one I will let you know. Regards Steve
@@SteveJordan thank you
Thanks Steve, would you use a different wheel for different materials? One for brass, one for steel, one for wood etc? Cheers
Hi Shaun I just use the same wheels for most things as long as I don't pollute the wheels with anything.
My mom needs help with it
I don't know if you will see this or respond but I am curious. I've been using a version of this tm2 for a few months as a lapidary related hobby. Yesterday the blue light started blinking and the motor made strange sounds. I turned it off immediately. And then tried turning it on later and it will not turn on. My friend thinks it's the carbon brushes so I'm waiting for those in the mail. Do you have any ideas?
It does sound brush related. I would try that and if possible clean the commutator. Other than that I don't know. Regards Steve
@@SteveJordan thank you!
Do the different grits have different colours, is it standard across supplies? Cheers
The Satene compound that I buy are all the same color
My shaft fishy screw on 😩
hey Steve, before i buy this, i have a question. Can put a jacob's drill chuck or any chuck to hold diamond burs on one of the ends, and if so, will it handle its wait and operation?
Hi yes I connect a flexidrive shaft and use diamond burrs etc
Do you mind showing me how u didn't, vid or pic or anything. I want to buy this. Your help on this will be appreciated. Thanks
another question, in this video ua-cam.com/video/sMzrIYLKD00/v-deo.html at the 6:30 mark, there is a lathe used, anywhere i can that kind in a mini fashion but with a toolpost to have a tool bit in. most mini lathes i see have not toolpost.
i need a mini lathe that is really really light, as mini as possible like in that video. because i have to ship it from US to another country. i want to minimise costs.
Just ordered one for myself. Do you have a link for the grease-free polishing compound? Thanks, Jon

Thanks Steve.
These look ok for home, shame the minimum speed is 1000, 500 would of been much more useful. Good though other than that.
I'm also looking for a bench grinder but with very low starting speed. Any idea, brand/model in mind? Can I plug a kind of router/ speed regulator to slow the motor down , do you think ???
machine cost price bro
It's in the link on this page. Regards Steve

@@SteveJordan Your video was recommended to me by the vendor of this machine, and I really learned a lot from you in such a short video, thank you! However....the ebay link to the buffing compound doesnt work anymore. Would you know where I can buy that compound nowadays?
