Hell, they'd usually get dunked on by Batman physically without him even putting in real effort. The reason they're a threat is they're smart enough to not end up in a toe to toe fight in the first place. They're either working indirectly and locating them is an issue, they've obtained something that locks down anyone that would stop them, or the classic "Sure you can take me out, but that won't stop the (insert catastrophe causing thing here) from killing millions, better play along!!" Villains like Clayface or Killer Croc are an exception here, but those aren't known for their brains. Bane has both but only so much. He's smart but not near in the same class as villains like the Riddler or Joker, and his bulk would only carry him through low level superhumans. He consistently gets tossed around by the likes of Wonder Woman for example.
It really is something when Barry the fastest man himself says “don’t do anything stupid”. The moment he speaks up, you know you’re dropping the ball hard on it.

So he did what he thinks Batman would do and made the goons fall from the building because he was out of ideas how to gain info from them his way.

Then Batman vaguely explains the why and how it all works together, and while he does have issues with flash on bigger missions, I suspect deep down he sees his work in central city as the ideal way he wants Gotham to be. Flash saves the day to day people all the time, at any given moment, but he also doesn't impugn upon their freedom. Bats isn't fast or strong enough to police the city like Superman or flash, and Superman is too powerful to not impose his will upon the masses even though he tries to avoid it.

Batman has to deal in information and break down chains of command, since he can't just fly over to across the city, sprint over in a matter of seconds. His time is incredibly valuable, so he has to budget it.

I've heard people say that before, and yet I own several Batman comics where it's explicitly shown he sleeps through most of the day in order to recover. Although he does often go long periods of time without sleeping there's always a limit. Perhaps he only does the micro-sleep thing when he's working on a time sensitive case, as there's absolutely no way a human would be able to function on that high a level with that little sleep for an extended period of time. That's when it starts to get into "Batgod" territory and things become less interesting for me.

Any amount of fear they felt would be amplified by Parallax's influence. It would also be a good reason for Sinestro to collect the rings from the GLs he kills: To harness Parallax's form bit by bit until he could shove him into the Central Battery on Qward.
If there's a fire, GL is guy who shows up, blows out the fire and only for it to start again when he leaves. Batman is guy shows up and closes the pipe causing the fire in the first place.

I've heard people say that before, and yet I own several Batman comics where it's explicitly shown he sleeps through most of the day in order to recover. Although he does often go long periods of time without sleeping there's always a limit. Perhaps he only does the micro-sleep thing when he's working on a time sensitive case, as there's absolutely no way a human would be able to function on that high a level with that little sleep for an extended period of time. That's when it starts to get into "Batgod" territory and things become less interesting for me.
