When using furnace filters, it's important to use one that does NOT contain fiberglass, and that is at LEAST a MERV 16 rating.

    Regarding HEPA filters, another salient point is that the reason HEPA filters are tested at .3 microns is that .3 microns is actually the size that is MOST difficult to capture; both above AND below that (for different reasons) it gets easier to capture particles.     Do you happen to sell your masks? If so how much? I’d like to purchase some since 3d printers are taking forever to ship and no one near me has a printer that would print for me!!

    Can we print the whole mask out of TPU ?

      You can, yes. I like having the filter area made out of a more rigid material, but all TPU should work fine.
