Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got cool success with it.

@@soulsscribbles6342 no, read the ingredients. they use artifical vitamin supplements. if they accidently put too much of a certain vitamin dogs can overdose on it and die, it happens a lot with dog foods that use vitamin supplements and it takes too long for them to notice.
My hubby had a dog back in the 80’s that lived 18 yrs & he was fed Alpo the whole time. He did get cancer & had to be put to sleep but imagine how much longer he would have lived on a better fresh diet?
We have a 25 year old cat who's never touched Purina or Science Diet in her entire life. We have 9 others so I buy a relatively inexpensive corn, wheat, soy and dye free kibble at our Tractor Supply and everyone is healthy.

Education isn't the biggest issue. The bigger issue is that even if people know they can't afford the healthier alternative for themselves and much less likely for their pets.
I feel so bad for feeding my dogs this stuff for the first 5 years of their life. The guilt. Both are on balanced Raw now and thriving - I’m 2 weeks in and couldn’t be happier with my decision.
I totally get it, ZI did the same with my last dog. He developed cancer, and died at 4 years old, My new rescue pit bull Terrier, I feed Balanced Raw meat diet. I feel so bad about my last doggy also ❤️🐾❤️🐾

This video is great! Great job so much info packed into one. That is why I believe my dog became sick because of the junk I was feeding her. But now she is a raw dog the way they were intended to be and luckily she is putting weight back slowly but surely.
I feed my puppy Wellness and Raw Instinct and occasionally throw in a few pieces of cooked meat or poultry also brown rice 🍚 , broccoli 🥦 ...my little one also loves sweet potato 🍠
I live in Europe and I use this European dog food product which doesnt contain food coloring and meat flavoring etc. It is also affordable too. If the specific food from that brand doesnt contain meat it also doesnt have flavorings too (for example if it is like a vitamin balancer etc those specific ones ya know )
I took care of a friends dog for a year they fed this dog kibble with the different colors like one shown in this video. I read the ingredients and tried to give the dog better food. He would not eat the better food, so I had to feed him the stuff with the dye. I was sad but the dog lived for 12 years and never had any health issues, except for tearing his nail digging he really liked digging holes.
to be fair there are more pet food kibbles and cans out there that actually do not use artificial colors or flavors, even the big guys. Like Purina Pro Plan line doesnt do artificial colors or flavors, and Royal Canin - all of their formulas, dont do artificial colors or flavors either. Yes they all have corn and by products. But if were just speaking of some things mostly highlighted in this video, not each brand out of the "big 4" are actually THIS terrible. Only the walmart $20 for 50lbs type pet food are like this.

This is not a subject people talk about and it should be talked about I don’t care how good the dog food seems to be on the outside of the package if it’s commercial it’s going to kill your dog. I used to work in a dog food factory and we did use a lot of meat *liver and lungs and all kinds of animals insides and huge bags of ingredients in each load, so I guess that company stationed in Spanish Fork Utah, was more honest that then the rest of theses companies you are mentioned here.
I recently switched my dogs food to real food, actually buying chicken thighs or breast, ground beef, ground turkey, turkey necks, gizzards, chicken livers and beets, broccoli, eggs, sweet potatoes. My dogs have never been happier. Yes its a lot of work, I'm having to prepare and cook more for them, but its worth the sacrifice. I cannot trust labels in dog food bags anymore!
My staffy cross rescue as tried most commercial pet foods and turned his nose at most but a friend recommended benevo vegan dry food and wet food, it’s expensive 🥲 but wow I’ve never seen him lick a bowl clean before I started feeding him it. Just a pain to buy it online and if I run out he will only eat other stuff once he’s really hungry 🥺

The giant pet food recall of 2007 opened my eyes to all the junk being masqueraded as "food" for our beloved pets. After a couple of years of changing brands umpteen times due to more recalls and corporate buyouts, I began making my own pet foods for my dogs and cats. I've never looked back. In fact, I recently started making Rodney's balanced, raw food diet recipe for my lab/golden rescue dog. He inhales it!! I also make homemade pill pockets for his supplements, the coconut oil/coconut flour are his favorite. He's all over me when I'm making them! Thanks for all you do for our pets and for continuing to get on the nerves of the many pet food manufacturers who deceive us with their dyes, chemicals and garbage ingredients.
Even if I wanted to feed my dog such crap, he wouldn't touch it, he hates the fat sprayed on cheap kibble and he has allergies to grain and chicken. He gets a rotation of dry food that's at least 70% meat and gets added fresh food and raw food. He's a puppy and I don't feel comfortable feeding my puppy raw just yet but I stick to high quality food and he gets a raw topper on his food.
I use one of the brand in the video for my cat. These colors are not listed in the table of contents. Only chicken flour, tuna flour and grain. I think it still not healthy.

You know it is very ironic the high end and homade dog food my dog can not have it either puts him on dirreah or he vomits it back up. I cook my pups foods myself. Grain free is not recommend unless your vet has specifically told you to feed grain free to your pup. I buy 5kg or kangaroo mince from the butcher 2 cartons of eggs (24 eggs total) Vegetable mix bag (carrots, peas, broccoli) Salmon, tuna and sardines stored in spring water Long grain brown rice Spiral multi grain Pasta Blueberries Olive oil Rosehip vital Turmeric Probiotics I cook all the vegetables, rice and pasta, put it in a Tupperware container, add the egg shells in along with the egg, add the meat and other items and it works out to be a ton cheaper in the long run than buying crap fake dog food from the shops and I know that it’s safe and healthy when it’s home made as well. I’ve recently been using “big dog pet food” and “lyka” dog food as they’re both using what I put into my meals and it’s even cheaper again in the long run
Brilliant exposé of commercial deception. Gave up on kibble and canned rubbish for my greyhounds years ago (“nuggets of nothingness”). Opted for 70% raw meats + ground bone and skin, 20% offal, including secreting organ like kidney and liver, 10% fresh fruit/veg. They are thriving on proper dog food 😁

Thank God I make my pups food from scratch. Boil ground beef and turkey. Boil peas/carrots/green beans. Steam white rice. Voila. Easy and cheap.

Why am I the only one,that sees a lil particle of salt on the kibble,or probably sugar.
