I think the fact God took on the persona of a writer might hint at the reason. I can't say this is the case for all writers/creatives, but many I've listened or talked to would agree that writing the start of a story is where it feels the most fun, and you're eventually going to hit a point where it just feels like work and is a struggle to stick with somewhere in the middle. Also the words of god at least the angel tablet were definitely stronger than the hands of god, do you not remember how busted metatron was when he had the power of the angel tablet? Archangels still had to follow some rules, as in the holy oil thing while angel tablet metatron didn’t, the words of god were definitely more powerful potentially as in castiel just barely touching it gave him enough power to undo naomis control thing, but that seemed to have been a momentary boost but metatron who wrote the dawn things probably knew how to access the full totality of their power which is why he didn’t even need to have physical contact with it to get the massive power boost he had, angel tablet metatron was one of the most powerful beings in the supernatural world, probably only rivaled by god mode castiel and only surpassed in power by fully powered jack(not god version) lucifer when he stole jacks powers, death and the empty and the god twins
My theory is the one no one in the show could except. They didn't need him anymore. God was used as a scape goat for situations he didn't even create. He set the stage, but as it was shown in the last season. There were many paths their free will could take them down. Dean and the others always blamed someone else for their choices. Each situation had a fix that didn't require god.
Except all of the situations in which god stepped in to fix things via resurrecting Cas, transporting the Winchesters out of imminent harm, etc. Those situations literally required god.
@@LegDayLas Those situations only existed, because of choices humans, Dean and Sam, or Angels, like Cass, caused and created. Perfect 2 examples. Dean getting the first curse. We know he doesn't need that. He could have begged Death to kill the demon instead, or trapped her. They literally TRAPPED the STRONGEST "Evil" Creature to exist, Lucifer, but couldn't take down 1 minor little demon? Seriously? They had to, 100%, with NO OTHER OPTION, use the first blade only? SERIOUSLY?! 2, when Cass opened the door to purgatory, and didn't jump in when he realized the leviathans weren't leaving his body. He should have chosen to gone right into Purgatory himself, but Refused. There are other moments. But there are many, MANY moments where Dean or Sam CHOSE of their OWN FREE WILL to make the situation 100% worse for ALL OF CREATION than see one of them die. For fucks sake, example 3, Instead of allowing Death to take Dean away to a place he can live forever without harming anyone else, a long peaceful existence they chose to KILL Death, and Free Amara which ended up nearly killing God and all of Creation! They ALWAYS make the WORSE possible choices. ALWAYS. Without Exception!
@@Jirodyne Nevertheless god was still needed to step in to fix things they fucked up, which invalidates the claim he was never needed. The claim is that sht sorted itself out without gud, which clearly didn't happen.
I always thought of Chucks worlds like The Sims. I would often get bored and create new sims in new worlds. While my Sims don’t keep going when I;m not playing like Animal Crossing does, I would love if they did. I found it fun to watch them, especially the crazy or evil ones. I get it Chuck, lol.
Chuck left because he could'nt handle being 'God', and that's because he wasn't. My theory is that the Shadow aka the Empty is 'God' and was manipulated by Chuck into going to sleep which allowed Chuck to take his place, but in the long run Chuck wasn't up to the task and made a run for it. As Castiel pointed out: Chuck's a writer, and writers lie. Therefore, it is possible and likely that Chuck lied about being 'God.'
It felt really gnostic... which I found disturbing. I guess it could also be seen as sort of pagan. Like Odin overthrowing Ymir or Zeus overthrowing Cronus. My own head Canon is that Chuck was never de-powered. He was just pretending. Playing a role. His whole goal was to train Jack to take over so he could leave without leaving the world without an 'admin'.
He was around for the first half of the bible the Old testament and left heaven. After he left Michael not want people be worries he made all kinds of revelation to humanity. I think he made the book of Enoch since the watcher are real here. They are so bad/powerful not even Lucifer mess with them. The ones that locked up in hell. Michael probably made the new testament. I can see him possession Jesus body and that how Jesus did all his miracle in the supernatural universe.
I always thought the origin would have been in the middle ages, around King Arthur's age. The Winchester name has some significance there, which makes them being 'legacies' seem more profound.
@@radagast7200 that’s a good one too, however: There’s a piece of, we’ll call it “Christian fiction” called ‘the keys of Solomon’ which suggests that Solomon and the masons discovered a way to summon and enslaved demons to a task, during the creation of the temple. This would be the exact thing that the men of letters would do. You’d even be able to fold this in as them having the demon tablet and have that be the ‘key of Solomon’. Arthurian myth would feel more like the introduction of hunters. I believe there’s a part of the Arthurian myths where Arthur’s knights are mobilized to exterminate dragons and other mythological creatures, almost like the MoL training and dispatching hunters. You’d even be able to point out Merlin as a MoL, and maybe that he had established the British sect and that the knights of the round table were his hunters
@@Nameandaddresswithheld that would be pretty awesome. The key of Solomon could have persisted in rumors, and then Knights pursue it under the name "the Holy Grail". Winchester Castle is also thought to have been King Arthur's Castle at one point (or something similar), and the oldest known manuscript of the Arthurian tales is known as The Winchester Manuscript, found in the Winchester Library. Merlin being the founder of the MoL would also make sense, because he was supposedly a druid and they used "word magic" and such. Then later, the American branch of the MoL could have been started by Samuel Winchester, whose son Oliver Winchester would go on to work in firearms at the same time as Samuel Colt... and Oliver's son, William would die and his widow, Sarah Winchester, would make the Winchester Mystery House. The house that had stairs to nowhere and weird hallways meant to confuse ghosts. And was half destroyed by a strange earthquake..
It's a bit contradictory for me that Chuck is supposedly disappointed in the universe, but still made a lot of alternative versions where the same events took place. The betrayal of Lucifer, the expulsion of man and the appearance of monsters. Of course there are others like the land of Oz, the fairy world and the one where Cthulhu is, and those worlds are also there in time, just like the main world, which had to be the first, since the Darkness was locked there. So the timeline and the reasons are just weird. But from the perspective of an omnipotent eternally existing guy, maybe it makes perfect sense.
Do you think if Sam went through with the trails of god to close the gates of hell, human souls wouldn’t have been able to go to hell anymore and be stuck in the veil ? Also who said that all demons would just vanish? There were still countless on earth
I actually kind of agree with this one. I think that Souls would not be able to go to hell. Like with the angel tablet, Souls would not be able to get into heaven. Pretty scary thought.
There a few reasons for that, the most prominent being Having Jesus as character appear in a movie or show that isn’t a Bible Film, is extremely risky and is widely considered to be a sure way to get a show cancelled or hated by the general population. Another is the show isn’t explicitly Christian, while yes it sort is due to it being America and culture religion Is Christianity so there no way they can escape without not feeling like American, but the show’s creator and original writer isn’t Christian and he uses the world and beliefs of the Abrahamic faiths as references and in the world people use Greek and Norse mythology as references. Another thing is by the end of the show, who or what Jesus is in supernatural is unknown and he could have been anything. He could have been angel, he could have been Michael, he could have been a prophet, he could have been chuck or just a random human. Edit: I apologise if my comment is a bit weird or word wrong, as I’m hangover.
Well i think it was both what Lucifer said chuck got disappointed and bored. He was disappointed because he created humans and within the first day or few days they fell, Lucifer rebelled, Lucifer created demons, humans became super evil and stopped worshipping him, everyone kept blaming him for stuff they did. Once he realized that free will turned the world to what it was he left. Remember that he probably did make a world where he absolutely controlled it so that brings us to the bored part. Then after sometime be came back he decided that if the free world was ruined and flawed why not make a show out of it and cure the boredom. Which is the sam and dean show you see today/multiple universes. He was disappointed but he never wanted the world to end because he didnt open up purgatory, ended the nephilim, ended jack, didnt let amara end the world, etc… its sort of like playing a vanilla video game and you beat it. You enjoy the game too much to throw away but it gets old so you create mods.
This is a really interesting theory. I cannot myseilf come up with a decent theory, but what you did with the puzzle pieces the show gave us hold water from where I'm sitting. Thanks for sharing!
I love when creators put outtakes at the end it just makes them feel more like someone you could meet on the street and just like they do make mistakes
My personal theory only about words of God tablet is, there wasn't instructions about how to travel different dimensions and realities etc., It was in language used to write them. Let me explain. Witches use different languages and runes to cast their spells. They can even use books written in these languages to power themselves up. God is definition of creation in supernatural and creator of everything. Words of God are written in his language. Each character and how it interact with other characters follows his logic and rules, that were used to create universe. So tables literally have multiple layers of information in them and each part has multiple meanings (that aren't in conflict). So when God talks about how to lock each species in their dimension, he at same time explains how dimensional barriers work etc. This explains, why Metatron said, Archangels need tablets/his knowledge to run word. They literally are code of whole world.
Also notice in season 15 when he showed sam a Future where chuck is trapped Monsters Win and turn the whole world Its kinda the same where in what you said Chuck left because humans released the monsters
A lot of religious elements are "subverted" : Lucifer is just a petty narcissist, and not really a lord of all evils : That's literrally what is Lucifer in the original lore. The pride is the first of all 7 great sins who gives birth to any others. Narcissism is pride pushed to limits, except contrary to the most of narcs at this world, the pride of Lucifer, whatever in the Bible or in the first 5 seasons of the show lays on "something".
Chuck left because, like all writers, he knew exactly what his creations were going to do before even they knew it. we saw how different versions of Dean and Sam turned out. we saw a world where Sam gave control to Lucifer, a world where Dean was a demon, and a world where the both of them were vampires. Chuck specifically told Dean and Sam that they were his favorite versions because they kept going off script which for him was exciting and entertaining. as for the Nephilim, I believe it was said the last time they were around, they would drink worlds dry referring to them not having a place of their own and basically destroying everything around them. that actually brings up another point and the world where Sam and Dean saw a giant humanoid monster. maybe Chuck couldn't kill all the Nephilim and made a world that would be a prison for the ones he couldn't kill due to them being stronger than most angels. in the end, God thought "why stick around when they refuse to learn?" and just left
Just wanted to lyk how much I appreciate your channel and the work you put into your videos. Nowadays the only kind of videos I see about Supernatural are just recycled clips pleading with the higher ups to bring it back already. Which, fine.. I agree I'd love for it to come back, but it's such low effort and there's no actual discourse on the mechanics and lore about the stories, and that's like my favorite thing to talk about regarding the show. So.. thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all your efforts and for the ideas that you put forth. Essentially, this is just a long winded way of saying, GREAT VIDEO! Real quick, did you hear about how the show's soundtrack has been altered? Apparently they can no longer use the original one on streaming services and even Carry On My Wayward Son has been removed (at least in some parts, not sure if it's all of them). This isn't something I've noticed, I no longer have Netflix; I read an article about it. Any thoughts?
I would say that God did not leave because he was disappointed; he left because the story had been set up and he was waiting for it to get interesting. And leaving was part of the story. Supernatural has played out with very small changes in universe after universe. we see that in the show. Every one of those universes has to be created, and enough time has to pass for the characters to be in place before it gets interesting. God leaves while the universe is rendering; he comes back when the story is ready.
To me the way God was defeated doesnt make any sense. Even if Jack could absorb his powers how could they not come back? After all, HE is God, not Jack. And he should continue being God whether his powers are taken away or not. Even if they are taken away, he should just have more of it. Because God is quite literally supposed to be infinite. Therefore Supernatural's version of God is more like the Demiurge and not the actual God.
I agree with other Comments I think he got bored and left to make a new world and a new story until Sam and Dean came a long and made it interesting again then he wanted to pop in and watch from the to time Your theory is definitely more interesting though and I love it way more than him just getting bored
I agree with your theories. They make so much sense. However, can you please explain why Castiel’s wings are broken? He wasn’t banished from hell. Lucifer, Gabriel, Michael haven’t fallen from heaven and their wings are okay. Metatron removed Castiel’s grace making him human and then sent him to earth. Castiel did not fall his wings weren’t broken or burned away yet his wings look very bad.
i agree with your theory about how and why he left! i wish the show just explained something like this and not have chuck go bad (or had a redemption in the last season)
I mean he made the Pagan Gods and several events of the bible happened so i definitely think he was around for a while after the fall, and i think the only reason he stepped in with the Nephalem not was some altruistic disappointment i think he simply saw them as a threat we see how strong Jack goes on to become, Chuck admits he doesn't have a soul and we know how strong both a Soul and Grace can be individually.
Will you ever talk about the special children cause they got weirdly retconed from being able to eventual use every single power to only having powers on demons to then needing demon blood to even fuel their powers in the first place
After God lost his powers, did he retain his knowledge in terms of demons, spells, incarnation that could have helped him become really strong and a threat
God was obsessed with the Winchesters for being unpredictable. So he wanted more of it. He created more universes with more Sams and Deans but he kept failing at recreating the originals. The other variants were not branching off. There weren't defying their destiny. They followed them. Sam had visions of other Sams becoming Lucifer's vessel. Just as it was meant to happen. But god, being obsessed as he was kept trying. To quote Michael: "And like all writers, he churns out draft after draft. My world - this world... nothing but failed drafts [...] And when he realized that they are flawed he moves on and tries again". He created more universes. His 'other toys'. But they didn't spark joy. And when he realized that in the final season he started undoing his other worlds and completely focused entirely on the originals. And it was his only and last mistake of putting himself into the story that became his downfall. The Winchester defied their destiny and their creator himself. So god left because he wanted more of the satisfaction of seeing Sam and Dean doing crazy things. But he couldn't accomplish it which drove him nuts. So eventually he became mad at Sam and Dean that they were doing it again and again and it pissed him off that he could do nothing about it and couldn't see why. That's why he came back. He wanted to understand how and why Sam and Dean were able to defy him and wanted to see the end of the story firsthand.
4:50 maybe; you'd read [word of god] and you'd translate it to "euhm.... i guess... the closest translation is... oh HAH right how could i forget that's the Seal of Solomon"
Like everyone said, God got bored. I would also say that as in season 15 he inserted himself into the story for his own entertainment. He even apparently manipulated Sam and Deans lives. We don't know the full extent of his manipulation, but he is a sociopathic being who's a twisted perfectionist or rather imperfectionist since he wants to be entertained.
That's an interesting take on things but I am also under the impression that boredom got to him, He does want attentions and respect but if he get's too much he got overwhelmed by it all and wanted some peace and quite. Which leads me to the next part, I think as a creator, he got bored of writing the same story with a different twist each and every single time. Like let's be honest if you created some characters, how many different outcomes of the same event could you possibly write about before you've just had enough and wanted it to end? Plus the fact that when he was in the Radio Shed in the alternate earth, he was monologuing to the clerk about how the real Sam and Dean challenged him and for an entity like Chuck, I also think, along with his boredom that he was kind of tired of not having any challenges in his existence. Sure there was Amara and the Empty, but if I recall correctly the empty was supposed to have sole authority over the empty and Chuck must have some secret power over the empty as well and just didn't say anything. Plus he locked Amara away so he could continue to create things.
Maybe he just thought the story would be more interesting when his creations didn’t have him as a solution to all there problems they were forced to be more creative and maybe when he helps in some way he would subconsciously “fix” it in a way that he “liked” but that’s not what he really wanted he wants something he didn’t see coming.
i always thought it was implied that he actually never left. just hiding in plain sight. All the worlds he made where for sam and dean. diffrent version of the same thing till he got the ending he wanted. the whole series is just his TV show he planned everything from the mark to lucifer, ALL of it. As soon as he did not get his ending thats the real god there, just trying to force and ending before he was going to start again.
Oddly enough, Nephilim are the biggest biblical inaccuracy in the show. Supernatural's version of nephilim is a hybrid of human and angel, but if you actually read the bible, the nephilim are actually a hybrid of demon and human. As the "angels" that mated with human women were actually fallen angels, meaning that they were demons and no longer angels. I know some people think that a cambion is a hybrid of demon and human, but the word cambion isn't actually in the bible.
The quote I always go back to is "the sons of God came unto the daughters of man" sons of God being the angels, and daughters of man being self explanatory. The beings created from this union were the Nephilim. The book of Enoch claims these Angels (known as the watchers) didn't fall until after the Nephilim were conceived. This would mean they wouldn't classify as demons yet and the Nephilim would still be considered the spawn of Angels and humans.
@@SoulToLose The book of enoch may claim that the watchers didn't fall yet, but there were several other types of angels that fell on mount hermon along with lucifer, who was a cherubim himself before falling and becoming a demon. Regardless, the bible makes it pretty clear that the nephilim are the offspring of the demons that resulted from the fall.
It's defenitely not the biggest inaccuracy xd, I mean - there's no Trinity, no Christ, God's NOT a pure Love and is in kind od yin-yang relationship with another, equally powerful being. It's further from christianity than islam is xD
He didn’t actually leave though, he stayed and watched. Sam & Dean were planned from the beginning, they were always the end game and he had already played out many universes that already ended with Sam & Dean. The last two seasons proved that you can’t trust anything he says.
I do really love the timeline and theory. But, my personal take has always been that Chuck is just kinda an asshole and wanted everything that happened to happen. He planned big events and let the rest play out. It was always supposed to end with Sam and Dean. And when It didn't, He loved it and kept the show going, until something he didn't predict, Jack, ended his story.
Can you cover Gadreel in a video? I dont get the Guy What exaclty was his Crime? Either he was tricked or massively overpowered OR the funniest cause this means he's the least guilty: Wasnt Lucifer his Superior at the tie, so couldnt he just tell him "Oh yeah im allowed to get in to the Garden, its fine!"?
You ever stop to think maybe just maybe Solomon is god 🤯 and later he became chuck ? Or maybe god is some of these people you think had something “hand” in spreading his knowledge etc god is his hand spreading his creation and knowledge o not to mention
for me Chuck isn't actually god, I believe he just the representative. my "theory" came from Chuck said that he and Amara once are one, since the series take things mostly from Bible, the book said god create the world began with separating light from darkness, I believe this is where Chuck and Amara actually came from.
Of all monster in supernatural which one is your favorite my are Djinn I think their dream realm powers is most powerful and 😱 it so cool and interesting how it works.
god craves chaos randomness unique events things that are unbelievable even to them things so amazing so fresh and new that they can feel alive again like something can actually excite them
Chuck was so much better as a prophet than God. It just always came off as very forced when he was shown to be God. His original character was super fascinating and him writing the Gospel of the Winchesters was a good concept, showing how important Sam and Dean were, but also funny in it being a cheesy romance novel style Gospel. The more the show went on, the less I like Chuck until the end when I thought he was prob one of the worst villains
Aww, thank God anyway and anyhow that we now have Jack: Im sure hes gonna... uhm... well, we know hes changing only Heaven but uhm lets pretend hesan improved version anyway
You ever stop to think maybe just maybe Solomon is god 🤯 and later he became chuck ? Or maybe god is some of these people you think had something “hand” in spreading his knowledge etc god is his hand spreading his creation and knowledge
I love this and it makes sense too but it but I believe the tablets are way more important then that they keep the world on track they were rules for how all things work so no more angels having baby’s to make nephilim no more demons going crazy rules lots of rules and the tables are angels, demons, and monsters not just leviathan why is that easy we always had people would could read the tables that’s how Bobby could find old books on how to kill other monsters
Angels are not really the good guys ? Is it subversion or actual thinking on biblical stories put in perspective with reality to gain a deeper reading of the Bible.
I wonder if Chuck was around for Jesus? IF Jesus exists in the Supernatural universe…P.S. IF he does exist let me know of the episode that states this fact…
God didn’t leave! Chuck took over right after the flood. Chuck set up a trap and sent all his brothers and sisters to the empty and his father who was God went there and discovered it was a trap set by Chuck and Amara. Then Chuck had all spiritual and non-spiritual beings memory’s erase included his own. Then later He turned against his only twin sister had her essence placed in the market of Kane. Then made up a story that she was the reason the mark existed. The original Death knew Chuck wasn’t the Original God because he care about the order of nature than fighting with his nephew was beneath him. So he pretended Chuck was God and Original Death wasn’t worried about his extended family because he knew they were all in the empty sleeping while Chuck was allow to do cos play as God. Then after the crucifixion. Chuck got bored then left the whole World and went into seclusion and it stay that way for almost Two Thousand years until the start of the Supernatural series.
You wanna know my thoughts on the real identities of Amara, chuck and even the shadow in the empty? I think that Chuck is Jesus, Amara is the true beast devil and the shadow cosmic entity is the true God! The holy trinity. No I'm not Christian, I'm Pagan
I wish people subverted the Bible more or just do more work with the main abrahamic religions, it is an incredible untapped wealth of story potential. Things like this show and games like Diablo prove that time and time again. I am well versed but by no means remotely an expert in abrahamic religions as well as ancient mythology and pantheons and was a practicing Christian for a few decades going from Lutheran to baptist to four square gospel and have Mormon family, now would consider myself atheist as to not cause confusion, thought the truth of my faith is way more complicated. I believe the Bible like the Quran is a flawed book written by flawed men, scripture burnt and missing because flawed men, translated by flawed men to be read by flawed men to feel like they can save flawed men. Jesus did not deny the other faiths, Jesus did not deny the other prophets, Jesus did not deny salvation to gays, or people who ate something specific on a specific day or deny the Jews or Muslims. Jesus was a carpenter and knew the earth was a globe, loved deeply and sacrificed himself so people could love more deeply. Moses was a slave, a prince, a slave again and led his people to the promise land where the big three would get their start. Muhammad and his people were the greatest warriors and scientists for a reason. I think science with out god is evil, I think denying science is denying god, I think the three abrahamic religions each were oppressed by and defeated pagans for a reason. And I think all three have lost their way each thinking they must be the only one who knows the truth instead of taking the humility all three prophets taught and realizing they all have a piece of the whole truth. I want to see more of all of it.
but for real tho, who else actually thinks this makes sense for god in the actual christian faith? because for some really odd reason thinking about god fucking off and letting the world just happen does make more sense.... just me?

@@LegDayLasi mean that's why he helped
Chuck was an ass
I'm still upset they made him a villain, especially with how he was portrayed in S5 and S11.
Aww, thank God anyway and anyhow that e now have Jack: Im sure hes gonna... uhm... well, we know hes changing only Heaven buuuut uuhhmm
@@radagast7200 The writers are jewish, that's the explanation.
@@radagast7200 I figured he was depowered
But not entirely, his powers will return, they'll recharge
It'll just take time, a LOT of time
On that Solomon stuff, wouldn’t it be a good lore point to have made him the origin point of men of letters? Similar to the real life masons
@@radagast7200 that’s a good one too, however:
There’s a piece of, we’ll call it “Christian fiction” called ‘the keys of Solomon’ which suggests that Solomon and the masons discovered a way to summon and enslaved demons to a task, during the creation of the temple.
The beautiful thing about supernatural is the potential to push the story forward in so many interesting directions..
Great video as always!
16:05 *_I agree that outtake was funny; he was about to say "Christ No"; my cat has scared me too at times_* .
Do you think if Sam went through with the trails of god to close the gates of hell, human souls wouldn’t have been able to go to hell anymore and be stuck in the veil ?
Also who said that all demons would just vanish? There were still countless on earth
I imagine it would just be souls go in but can't come out.
I actually kind of agree with this one. I think that Souls would not be able to go to hell. Like with the angel tablet, Souls would not be able to get into heaven. Pretty scary thought.
They would have had to expand heavens prison.
>"Especially Christianity"
>Son of God used as a mere reference and never once in the entire series is he referred to as Jesus Christ
He was disappointed but he never wanted the world to end because he didnt open up purgatory, ended the nephilim, ended jack, didnt let amara end the world, etc…
its sort of like playing a vanilla video game and you beat it. You enjoy the game too much to throw away but it gets old so you create mods.
This is a really interesting theory. I cannot myseilf come up with a decent theory, but what you did with the puzzle pieces the show gave us hold water from where I'm sitting. Thanks for sharing!
King Solomon and King Saul are two different King’s in christian mythology. So, just be careful when you shorten Solomon’s name…
They literally are code of whole world.
i think chuck might be angry about his son being nailed to a tree
Also notice in season 15
when he showed sam a Future where chuck is trapped
Monsters Win and turn the whole world
Its kinda the same where in what you said
Chuck left because humans released the monsters
A lot of religious elements are "subverted" :
Lucifer is just a petty narcissist, and not really a lord of all evils : That's literrally what is Lucifer in the original lore. The pride is the first of all 7 great sins who gives birth to any others.
Narcissism is pride pushed to limits, except contrary to the most of narcs at this world, the pride of Lucifer, whatever in the Bible or in the first 5 seasons of the show lays on "something".
16:19 Oh my Chuck, The Perpetrator is SO CUTE! :O
Your theories are beyond good.
10:35 yes, very secretive and inaccessible for everyone... except each and every reaper , and by extensions everyone that knows a reaper
Can you do one about vessels and what makes them different why are some stronger than others and how magic can make vessels stronger
I agree with other Comments I think he got bored and left to make a new world and a new story until Sam and Dean came a long and made it interesting again then he wanted to pop in and watch from the to time
Your theory is definitely more interesting though and I love it way more than him just getting bored
Castiel did not fall his wings weren’t broken or burned away yet his wings look very bad.
i don't think the children disappointed chuck, i think the experience of being god disappointed chuck.
God has the ability to see the future and still gets mad at everyone but himself.
I like to imagine he gave multiversal travel instructions cause he felt it was too cool not to share
i agree with your theory about how and why he left! i wish the show just explained something like this and not have chuck go bad (or had a redemption in the last season)
I absolutely love your videos!
A great add-on to your Eve theory.
We need a prequel
taking place in this time period
PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON THE SHEDIM .
Omg im so early to your vid. I love the content btw
5:34 The Flood. Flushed'em all out.
Next is fire.
Great theory video
I think it's because the nephilim had the potential to become god themselves
I love good as hobo . He clearly wrote the books on religion to fuck with people
i always thought it was implied that he actually never left. just hiding in plain sight.
Please don’t stop making videos you break things down so we’ll and perfect keep going!! Can we get a whole video for jack
You should make a video about the men of letters
How long can you stare at a ant farm before getting bored?
It doesn't make sense to be disappointed if you are know what's going to happen. Its like the belief in real life with the other mythical god/jesus
Can you cover Gadreel in a video? I dont get the Guy
What exaclty was his Crime?
Either he was tricked or massively overpowered OR the funniest cause this
means he's the least guilty: Wasnt Lucifer his Superior at the tie, so couldnt he just tell him "Oh yeah
im allowed to get in to the Garden, its fine!"?
Cat giving away heart attacks eh? Sounds like a Tuesday XD
This makes a lot of sense actually.
Did Chuck leave, or just skip ahead? We're assuming that time works the same for him as it does for non-primordial beings.
You ever stop to think maybe just maybe Solomon is god 🤯 and later he became chuck ? Or maybe god is some of these people you think had something “hand” in spreading his knowledge etc god is his hand spreading his creation and knowledge o not to mention
THAT DARN CAT 🤣
I think God tried the human thing with Jesus sans his powers till he died and getting murdered by his creation was the last straw
Thats a cool thoery i really like good job
for me Chuck isn't actually god, I believe he just the representative. my "theory" came from Chuck said that he and Amara once are one, since the series take things mostly from Bible, the book said god create the world began with separating light from darkness, I believe this is where Chuck and Amara actually came from.
Wait are you saying that the Flood happened after Solomon?
Of all monster in supernatural which one is your favorite my are Djinn I think their dream realm powers is most powerful and 😱 it so cool and interesting how it works.
Maybe not all the tablets were written at the same time
god craves chaos randomness unique events things that are unbelievable even to them things so amazing so fresh and new that they can feel alive again like something can actually excite them
can you do a video on familiars from supernatural
He just left to get some cigs at the gas station he'll be back in about a billian years.
Love this theory ❤❤❤
BABE CANCEL MY PLANS NEW VID JUST DROPPED
I wish you uploaded a video once a week.
Maybe Chuck/God turned into your friends cat
Chuck was so much better as a prophet than God. It just always came off as very forced when he was shown to be God. His original character was super fascinating and him writing the Gospel of the Winchesters was a good concept, showing how important Sam and Dean were, but also funny in it being a cheesy romance novel style Gospel. The more the show went on, the less I like Chuck until the end when I thought he was prob one of the worst villains
Aww, thank God anyway and anyhow that we now have Jack: Im sure hes gonna... uhm... well, we know hes changing only Heaven but uhm
lets pretend hesan improved version anyway
Cyanide and Happines: The Musical explains why God left.
makes a lot of sense...biblically speaking he did destroy the earth with the flood due to nephilims
Also I think Metatron was a better writer.
As a writer, I understand Chuck.
Angels are not really the good guys ? Is it subversion or actual thinking on biblical stories put in perspective with reality to gain a deeper reading of the Bible.
how to defeat god make everything boring so he deletes your reality then you dont have to care
I wonder if Chuck was around for Jesus? IF Jesus exists in the Supernatural universe…P.S. IF he does exist let me know of the episode that states this fact…
He foresaw the internet.
~_~
Because nothing makes sense
but for real tho, who else actually thinks this makes sense for god in the actual christian faith? because for some really odd reason thinking about god fucking off and letting the world just happen does make more sense.... just me?
There's only 2 tablets. One of them has the information about the leviathans in it. You should check your information instead of making it up
SECOND RAAAAAAH
