  • In this video I announce my new project for the channel! I am so excited for this! I am going to build an overlanding trailer that we can take on our adventures. We love the outdoors but don't have enough room travelling across the country in our jeep wrangler. This is going to be a fun build with lots of exciting projects!
Don't worry, I there will be more videos of my Cuda in the future!

What is the ground clearance on those? Very cool. Some ideas that crossed my mind while watching your video: 1) DC to DC charge controller vs. solar panel for recharging your (lithium?) house battery... a few minutes of running the engine or driving the Jeep with recharge at a much greater pace than the solar panel and may be less weight/size overall. You can do your draw calculations, but if you're driving/moving a bit, it's a rapid way to recharge the house battery and keep up with your draw. 2) For a water source/pump/sink combo conscious of space, the 5-gallon jugs + USB rechargeable taps that sit on top + collapsable sinks work well. GL with the build!

the bottom of the tub is about 19.5" and the bottom of the axle is about 14". Good suggestions I appreciate it. I will have to look into them all! I have a lot to research on the electrical side yet

@@backyardhotrods9885 14 in is awesome! No messing with flipping axles or trying to obtain more ground clearance with a setup like that. Good luck!
