I currently use this keyboard at a workplace setting and have been really impressed how well it performs and how much of use it can take. I hope you enjoy yours, have definitely gotten some ooos and ahhhs when others see it, and the RGBs are an added flavor to it.
Yes, you definitely can. You have this option in the same section as where the colors can be changed. You can see a follow-up review to this keyboard here: ua-cam.com/video/WdPutoMwD_Q/v-deo.html
I love my K95 Platinum better. I had this one and love how both keyboards let u remove keys with ease. This one has a good hand rest . Sadly there was no usb pass through hence why i had to return it. The k95 is more clicky but that comes to personal prefrence. They both are solid builds and a plesure to clean. I just think the rgb platnium has more capabilities as well with a good amount of shortcut keys. The software is like corsair software where incoukd control the color of my pc fans, cpu cooler color , memory color , and keyboard color , As always awesome reviw bro.
I originally had another Corsair KB in mind, since I still own a Corsair K70 RGB but sadly started having some keycaps break after a few weeks. In all fairness, they did send me a whole replacement keycap set and haven't had that issue since, but so far this keyboard is working really great too. Thanks for watching!
Both appear to have very similar spacing between the keys, though the Vulcan does give the feeling that the keys are further apart due to the low profile keycaps. Haven't gotten my hands on the HyperX or been able to test it but can definitely recommend the Vulcan keyboard. Check out some reviews on the HyperX before you make your choice. Good luck to you and thanks for watching =)
Great review! For someone that's NOT a gamer BUT I'm fascinated by the backlit keys and want one anyway. Are these keyboards recommended for just the casual internet user? I read articles online and casual internet browsing.
Yes, this keyboard absolutely works for the casual user as well too. This particular keyboard in the video is currently being used at my workplace, where it's mostly used for sending emails, internet use, and supporting a system as well. I absolutely enjoy it there and have heard a remarks when people see it as well. I personally love using it for work. I would definitely recommend it for any use, but would suggest to keep an eye on Roccat's site. They have been randomly putting up sale prices from time to time. The black version of this keyboard was $119 earlier this month, which is a steal. I will be doing follow up videos, including this keyboard, and I'll mention more details there as well regarding how and for what I've been using it for.
I have heard about that happening and also saw a video where a reviewer noticed the peeling a few weeks after using it first. I use my 122 more often than the 121 and so far haven't noticed any peeling. If you do notice some, definitely contact Roccat about it. I read somewhere it could be an affected former version of it and one person had theirs fully replaced (the whole keyboard). I plan to do a follow up video a good 4-5 weeks after posting this video so will let everyone know if I see any peeling or other issues.
@@shoomyyshoomyy I have this keyboard and don't worry about the peeling tbh, if you email them they will send you a replacement and you can keep the old one :) P.S. the peeled keyboard still works 100% fine :D
The Game Mode key disables the START button. You can activate it by pressing the FN key, then the Scroll Lock key. It's demonstrated a little better here: ua-cam.com/video/WdPutoMwD_Q/v-deo.html
That's something that is currently missing from their lineup, a wireless keyboard. They should release one someday...they do have wireless mice with similar names.
Great to hear! How is it treating you so far? I'm actually thinking of getting my hands on another one. I recently did a follow up video after using the keyboard for some weeks: ua-cam.com/video/WdPutoMwD_Q/v-deo.html
It's been 2 months. How is the keyboard holding up?

Hey man what switches are those love the vids btw
These are brown tactile switches on this particular keyboard. It is also available in Red switches as well.
I'm most likely going to get this. By the looks of multiple videos, this keyboard seems incredibly nice and also sounds pretty good!

Thanks for the review, can you adjust the brightness from software?

@@Silent157 Awesome! Thank you for the feedback I"m subbing to your channel and make sure to keep eye out for more vids on these types of keyboards 👍🏼
Thanks for subbing and definitely look out for me. I'll be doing a follow up video on this keyboard after using it for some weeks now.
Have any of the keycaps been peeling? I ordered one today and worried about the peeling.

Definitely will be very shortly and so far, have noticed no peeling at all on this or the Vulcan 121 either that I use at home.
Would be bad if it did start to peel, but glad to hear that the company will back up their stuff.

What’s actuation on the titan switch? I’m looking for something in the 1.8-2.00 range..tactile.
Appears to be more towards 1.8, so definitely within your range.
Wish they had a wireless one

Just bought this
