Almost every episode has cartman doing something mean, horrifying, or absolute unforgiving. id say that the things that cartman did that was nice, would almost be 0.
In TMI when he’s sent to a child psychologist about his anger issues and while seemingly not bothered playing on his phone, when the psychologist is trying to wind him up by calling him fat and it turns out he’s setting him up to make his wife think he’s a pervert and she calls and kills her self. Then he coldly say to the psychologist “I’m not fat”
He just straight up Doxed his Therapist! Because he called him fat!

Scott Tennerman is my fav episode. It's so hilariously dark. (Love when he's talking to Bart Simpson in a later season, comparing the worst things they've ever done and he just pops out, 'I once made a kid eat his own parents')
