Honestly, Cartman was really dumb in the casa bonita episode. Everyone should have suspected him the moment Butters went missing. Also, he could literally have just, walked into Butters' house, switched two things placements in the pantry, then Butters would have gotten grounded and been unable to go, and everyone would have just, accepted it cause Butters is grounded all the time.

@Oskir_Schlickarsson "The Ungroundable" Season 12, Episode 14. At the Stotch residence, they are to alphabetize the pantry, and apparently Butters put the Hamburger Helper in the spot where the Nestle Quik was supposed to go.

When Eric "wanted" a job at the ice cream shop, Butters was asked by his manager whether Eric is trustworthy and reliable, and Butters reluctantly said OK.
Any situation where their goals or values are in line with cartman's.They know they don't have to worry about cartman.

What he did to Scott Tenorman’s parents should’ve gotten him the harshest sentence for someone his age possible.
I'm surprised that Kenny Still wants to be friends with Cartman after everything he's done.

I'd argue the rest of the characters do the worst thing in the kidney episode. Nobody has to give up an organ for another person and when he refused they stole his kidney. In most places you need to be 18 to donate a kidney as well, so they harvested an organ from an unwilling, underage victim.
